Romit was back home from school. I was in a good mood today as the day was spending as I wanted it to be. I didn't glance at my phone. It was in silence mode. Screen down, kissing on the hardwood. I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part two. It was the best holiday. I love Harry Potter. In the evening, I thought of helping momma in cooking. I guess I should go and ask her. Skull looked confused. “But that is what I said.” Harry and Rohan laughed even harder. Jaxon rolled his eyes and looked up at the ceiling, as if praying for patience. He finished what was left of his beer and stood up to get another one from the kitchen. Just as he opened the fridge, he heard a crash behind him. He let out a slow breath and rubbed his forehead. What did they break this time?

The woman with a sexy red top smiles at me before she takes a long drink from her beer. “I want you all to meet Merry. My new found friend.” Harry formally introduces me to his friends with a huge smile on his face. “Merry this is Zion Watts.” He gestured to the black haired guy with a really handsome face who has tattoos on him as he greeted me a low hello and I responded courteously. “He might look a bit aloof but he’s actually fun.” I smiled at Harry. “This is Neal Bartley.” Harry gestures to the guy with blond who was kind enough to extend his hand to me for a handshake to which I accepted. “He’s just freaking laughing all the time.”

Harry snuggles deeper into my side, his attention drifting back to the screen just as a commercial break starts, and somehow the channel has switched to sports highlights—probably Freda's doing from when she was channel surfing earlier. "Mommy! It's the superhero from the mall! Look!" Harry shrieks, pointing excitedly at the screen. My heart stops. It’s Jaxon in his uniform, throwing a perfect spiral that seems to defy gravity.
