I slowly nodded, not trusting my voice not to break right now. “Want to see if Chris is down for a movie marathon tonight? I’ll buy the snacks,” I could hear the smile in his voice, “It’ll be just like old times.” Chris was sitting in the row behind us, surely a middle finger to my mother. “Did I hear movie marathon and Chris?” his voice sounded from behind me. “Harry Potter?” “Hell yes!” Chris whisper-yelled, causing my mothers head to spin around like something straight out of a movie. If looks could kill; Chris would have been dead the moment her eyes met his.

He asks incredulously. “Very nearly. I just have to cast the actual spell now. Give me a minute, I need to focus.” I answer optimistically. Harry quite literally covers his own mouth with both hands stacked one over the other and I snort out a laugh. Is it really that hard for him to stay quiet for five minutes? I turn my back to Harry, mostly because he is entirely too distracting and I focus on my spell. Five minutes later, the lanterns flicker to life in a burst of colourful sparks. I sarcastically said to him. "No, Sicko! The fairies didn't teleport me here. They simply help me out to contact the witch who teleports me here," he irritably said to me. "I thought that witches were bad?" "Not all of them. Some are good, and the bad ones were warlocks," he carefully explains. "Okay Harry Potter, I believe you." Orion snorted, sending a spray of toothpaste into his beard. "Harriet, what kind of half-baked remark was that?" I shot her a dirty look. Harriet was losing her touch, if that's all she could come up with as an amusing comment. "You know, in Harry Potter, Harry could hear the snake moving around in the pipes." Harriet shook her head as she crossed her arms defensively. "I could hear you through the pipes. You guys were so loud I couldn't hear the echo of my own moans." I hopped to my feet and waddled over to the couch. I placed the back of my hand on Harriet's forehead. "No, you don't have a fever. Harriet, honey, I think that's the stupidest thing I have ever heard you say."

It’s dangerous yet I find myself wanting those captivating eyes to never look away. It frightens me to my core and I panic. “My real name is Harry and I come from a hidden world known as Hogwarts. My grandmother is Gandalf.” I sound stupid, I’m so stupid. The fumbling words leave my mouth before I can control them. I expect confusion from him, or maybe he’d look at me like I am some weirdo, but…he laughs. He laughs out freely. The laughter stems deep from within him, rich with real cheerfulness. As always, I’m entranced by it. The wind picks up the sound fast, playing it in the air.

Cole and I said while everyone else said trash. "Bro Harry Potter?" Tyler asked Cole. "Harry Potter is elite. Liv changed my mind, honestly." He said and I smiled at him. "When?" Griff asked in confusion. "That shit's just as overrated as Wednesday." Griff said tiredly.

Madelyn looks at me and I smile at her, making her blush. “So, what movie are we watching?” I ask taking the focus off of her. “Well, I think my mate needs to learn what it means to be a Gryffindor, don’t you?” Maeve asks. “Harry Potter it is! I’ll make the popcorn,” I say, showing Madelyn where to sit and grabbing a blanket off a chair to give to her. I don’t know if she’s still cold, but in case she is, I want to make sure she’s warm.
