I growled at her. “You had no right.”
“Oh, please, dear. Don’t get so bent out of shape. I’m sure you can fix it with a wave of your finger. It wasn’t a particularly powerful spell.”
“I already fixed it,’ I assured her. “But if you so much as dare to raise another finger against me or my pack, you will regret it.”
“On the contrary, Harlow, I was just trying to help. To make your world a little more comfortable, but if you don’t like it… well, that’s too bad.”
