Haunted Beasts

Haunted Beasts

She's not moving, just looking into the air like she's having another vision. I want to touch, to shake her so she can tell us exactly what she's seeing because I know it has to do with me. "Don't." Cassandra reads my mind and warns me against. Seconds later Nikolina is out of her trance with a gasp. She's breathing fast and gasping for her. I immediately know that whatever she saw was very bad because Nikolina looks like she's seen a ghost. "Sister," Amelia places her hand on Nikolina's shoulder. "What did you see?"

Bestie's Haunting Consequence

Bestie's Haunting Consequence

After I was done peeling the apple, I munched on it and began chatting with her, seemingly nonchalantly, like I was just talking about the weather, while telling her everything that had happened in my past life. Lacey's eyes were first filled with terror, then confusion, then shock. When I was done with my story, Lacey said with much difficulty, "Impossible… You couldn't have had a past life… That's all bullshit! "I'd never have killed you… I'd never… You shouldn't believe it… You're making a stupid mistake!" I threw the apple core into the trash can and wiped my hands clean. "Don't be stupid. Why would I ever kill you? Your boyfriend will do the job instead.

Wild Love

Wild Love

I look at them, baring my teeth and fangs, my eyes turning neon and I growl "YOU CAME FOR MY MATE!" "We are sorry, we just want -- " and that's as far she goes before I throw the pencil with a reknewed force and perfect target, it hits her right in the throat, and seconds later, she's gushing out blood, falls to the ground, and the floor turns crimson. I watch with satisfaction, then walk to the sister, who is on the fllor, and crying as she holds her dead sister. I bend until we are at eye level and say in a menancing tone "No one comes for Addie, tell all your crazy witches, no one touches Adaline Vulkov, touch her and you die, let this be a warning."

The Making of a King

The Making of a King

we whisper and she finally stills. Silent tears are traveling down her face and we know what her answer will be. "I can't. I know I made you face this world and live with the past, but I can't, Brother. I can't wash them from my body or my mind. I need to be in this hospital... When I think about leaving these walls I become terrified. I would rather die than face that fear. I can leave for short periods because I know I will be back. I could never leave this place to return... To go back there," Adeline says softly and we sigh.

The was a very enjoyable read. The story didn’t drag, didn’t go off in a thousand directions, didn’t try to introduce a million characters to drag the book out (like my 1st book on this app that’s still ongoing). This story makes me want to read all her stories. I highly recommend this book & author

The Alpha King Is Our Daddy

The Alpha King Is Our Daddy

Her lips trembled, but she obeyed, folding her hands tighter in her lap. But the silence did not bring peace. Instead, memory pressed in—the garden, the sharp jolt before darkness swallowed me, and the moment earlier in the day that refused to leave my mind. Her. Adeline. I caught her scent in the corridor—faint, but impossible to miss. Herbs and earth, warm and sharp like crushed leaves. It always rattled me, tugged at pieces of memory I tried to bury. But this time, something else pushed through, heavier, sharper. Something primal roared in my blood, refusing to be ignored.

The Devil's Broken Doll

The Devil's Broken Doll

(Adelaide & Cael) Desire, raw and newly awakened, refused to loosen its grip on Adelaide’s flesh. It clung, relentless, even as Cael’s arms closed around her, even as the bond wound itself through her veins like living fire. His heat anchored her to the now, but the vision the crystal had forced into her mind would not let go. It haunted her, a forbidden echo thrumming beneath her skin, as if some ancient god had branded her from within.

The Moon Choose Him, I Didn´t

The Moon Choose Him, I Didn´t

“The same eyes.” A sharp pain exploded behind my eyes instantly. Flash A woman screaming. Silver light consuming an entire room. Blood splattering across stone walls. Golden eyes filled with horror. Then— a voice whispering softly near my ear: “She was the last heir before you.” Present I staggered backward sharply. Kael caught me immediately. “What did you see?” My breathing became ragged. “There was another.” Silence. Dead silence. The creature smiled wider. “Now she remembers.” (Adrian’s POV)

The Secret He Left Behind

The Secret He Left Behind

His phone buzzed. A message. Encrypted. Unknown sender. Adrian opened it. Just one line: “You’re not the only one who can watch.” Adrian went still. The room felt colder. Nathan Hale’s psychological war had officially begun. Adrian lifted his head slowly, his eyes dark with a quiet, lethal promise. “Game on.”
