Tears gathered in my eyes and finally fell. "I hurt him," I whispered to myself. "I hurt the most innocent, kind and loving person I have ever known." I pressed a hand to my chest. It hurt. It really hurt. It felt like the room was closing in around me. "It was never my intention." But intentions cannot fix a broken heart. And tonight, I broke his.

He promised never to break my heart, always to make me happy, but he broke that promise the day he cheated on me. He didn't just break my heart, he ripped it into a thousand pieces until they was nothing left. I can never love any man again that's because I don't have a heart to love. That heart has been destroyed already. "Aurora, I'm sorry. I should never have cheated on you. My life hasn't remained the same after we broke up. I want you back," "Really? I accept. I have been waiting a long time for you to say that so we can finally be together," Sophie gave me a weird look knowing where I was headed.

He starts sobbing almost immediately, and her heart breaks for him. “Oh, Sweetie. That’s it let it all out. I’m here. I love you. I can take your sadness, as much as your anger. I will bear it all to have you. Do you hear me.” He nods, still sobbing and clinging to her. “I have had people angry at me for most of my life for one reason or another, and most of them would have killed me if I couldn’t handle it. I am not easily broken. Hurt, yes. Damaged, yes. But broken? Only one man ever broke me, and that was by dying in front of me.”

It didn’t quiet the voice in her mind that whispered, You broke his heart. “I know,” she said softly, her voice trembling. “But... he looked so hurt. So lost.”

Then he said something that broke my heart, shattered my world, broke me into pieces and left me in crumbles. “W.who ar.re you?”

🥀 CLARA'S POV 🥀 My heart felt like it had been shattered into a million pieces, each one piercing my soul like a shard of glass. The pain was overwhelming, a crushing weight that threatened to consume me. I felt empty, and hollow, like a part of me had been ripped away. Every breath I took felt like a struggle, every beat of my heart a reminder that the person I love would never love me back. My heart was broken, extremely broken, and I didn't know how to put it back together again. All I could do was hold on to the fragments, and hope that someday, somehow, I would find a way to heal.

She was supposed to have loved me, not break my heart six days before deployment. They say that a broken heart can heal just as a broken arm or leg. Well, am I not then the opposite of that? My legs are still broken, and so shall my heart remain. She gave me so much happiness; who knew that she could give me just as much pain. Even though my heart is bleeding out, I shall not show her a single tear.

--- I remembered when I sing that song, I was totally broken. I felt so...numb, empty, shallow. And I wish my heart would be unbroken by now. Cause I am still BROKEN inside. Not in a romantic relationship, but I'm broken. Broken because of what people are doing with me. I said in that song, that they would never let me down cause I'm titanium. And I did that. Everyone who tried to messed up with me didn't succeed.

And my heart couldn´t take it. He was breaking me again. I was just a replacement, and because I was such, I was also easy to replace.
