It looked really creepy. He raised a human hand. Seeing Ms. Anastasia, he gave a terrible smile that made all his teeth visible. His lips stretched unnaturally wide, revealing a row of yellowed teeth that looked like they hadn't been brushed in years. The corners of his mouth turned up in a sinister grin, and his eyes glinted with malice. Laughter erupted in the background, and when he turned, he found a small child giggling mischievously, ready to throw another one. For a long second, Zayden didn’t move. He is not making this easy. She turns sharply to look at him—her jaw tight, her expression incredulous—and there it is. That grin. That look. God. He’s smirking at her with that maniacal smile—the kind that makes him look feral and otherworldly. It's the kind of expression that belongs to someone ancient and merciless, someone dragged out of the pit of hell just to destroy her. That grin of his, stretched with wicked glee, framed by his tousled dark hair and the low light casting shadows across the hollows of his face—it makes her stomach twist in ways it shouldn’t.

I tried to get on his nerves. "Damn! Why so fucking direct?" He chuckled, leaning from his chair and resting one palm on his knee while he shook his head, staring at me. I playfully raised my eyebrow twice in response, but he kept on chuckling. "Well, we'll see about that." He rested his body back on the chair with an evil grin playing on his lips. "After all, there's no female that doesn't want a piece of the devil." His words made me shrug in fear, which he noticed and started mocking me again.

I step "You know what to do, for all of this to end." He hangs up. I can imagine the devilish smirk on his face as he ends the call. The sigh of victory that he releases as he pulls his polo shirt. People may imagine the devil to be a beast with two horns. The devil I know is in polo shirts with the topsy turvy collars and a missing button.

Both of them turned around to leave but came face to face with the devil, who was peering down at them with a very unpleasant gaze. "Going somewhere?" He asked with a perfectly arched brow.

I inwardly rolled my eyes at that absurd thought. I shook my head with a small smile. "I liked it." I watched warily as the devil's lips slowly curled up. I was ready to smack him in the head but stopped when I saw him grin widely instead of smirking like I'd expected him to. His eyes looked livelier as his grin got broader, as if knowing exactly what was on my mind. I couldn't help but look at him in absolute admiration wondering for the thousandth time how this incredible man could love me.

My eyes widened in curiosity. His gave me a devious grin that revealed his deep-rooted dimples. His aristocratic look screamed, 'If perfection was a person.' All traces of anger was gone. It was a mocking, teasing, prank filled smile and at this point, I remembered even Lucifer was devilishly handsome.

His voice was a low murmur, a devilish grin spreading across his face as he leaned in to whisper in my ear, "Looks like it's my lucky day." Fuck!
