Aurora hugged me from behind, and in that moment, we savored our life together, a precious interlude of peace and love. Time seemed to stand still, and then, almost imperceptibly, a warm feeling enveloped us, accompanied by a soft, glittering light. A voice, serene and omnipresent, resonated in our minds, "The Moon Goddess blesses the Alpha King and the Luna Queen of this millennium." In those final moments, as the dawn heralded the beginning of a new day, the blessing felt like a gentle farewell to a world I had strived to protect, leaving behind a legacy of peace, love, and the promise of a better future.

What if this would hurt her growing child. “It will not.” The goddess whispered. Nora took a breath and placed her other hand inside the goddess. A small burst of the same power flowed through her. The goddess then leaned forward and placed her lips to Nora’s forehead. Nora felt warmth flow through her and something divine. She couldn't describe it but she instantly felt peace and power all at once. “Nora, I place my blessing on you and your child.” The goddess whispered as she let go of one of her hands and placed it on Nora’s stomach.

Zane explained, “the moon gets brighter. Even during the day sometimes, you can see it.” “That’s…” I stared at them. “That’s not possible.” “We have witnesses,” Darius said. “Half the pack has noticed it by now.” “Which is another reason everyone’s so confident about the ceremony,” Kael added. “The moon already recognizes you. The official blessing is just a formality.” I set down my fork, suddenly not hungry anymore. “What if it doesn’t work? What if the Goddess doesn’t, ” “Hey.” Zane’s hand found mine, warm and steady. “That’s not going to happen.”

The room was filled with an otherworldly energy, the air thick with anticipation and reverence. The priestess's voice was like a gentle breeze, soothing and calming, as she spoke the ancient words of the blessing. "By the power of the Moon Goddess, we call upon her witness and blessing," she intoned, her eyes closed as if in prayer. "May the bond between Cane and Ava be strong and true, may their love be the guiding force in their lives." As she spoke, the room seemed to fade away, and all that was left was Cane and I, our hands clasped together, our hearts beating as one.

They said its about me and I wanted to be here but I can’t oppose like I have no right to do it. “Very well.” Alpha King looked at me and smiled. His eyes went to my belly and if I’m not mistaken, I saw those eyes narrowed for a bit. “Thank Moon Goddess for the blessing she vested upon you, Luna. I congratulate you both.” his eyes went back to mine and smiled again. “T-Thank you, Alpha King.” Though its not Aiden’s but I don’t have any strength to correct His Highness. “When did you received the blessing, if I may ask?”

Quinn says again before I plunge my teeth into his neck. I stand up after marking Jax, and the room goes dark. “Kneel” Quinn demands. I drop to my knees as fast as I can. The candle flames relight. When they do, I see Steff standing in front of me. She presses her forehead to mine. “It is my honor to bless your union. Be happy sister.” Then the room went dark again. Only for a second. But when the candles relight, she is gone. “What was that?” Jax asks. “That was a goddess blessing our union.” I tell them.

She takes a deep breath and nods, “Okay, question one; why triplets?” Sol sighs, “That wasn’t my department.” She sighs and nods, “Eliza…” Sol moves towards the bed, and she looks up at him, “Blessings like this come along very rarely.” She raises an eyebrow at him, “Okay, not feeling like a blessing right now. Sorry, but you get my meaning. You have your mates, and they will help you, you know that. But you also have a whole bevy of Gods who will help you as best they can too.” She sighs,

But GoldMoon just confirmed that she did not bless Hera. “Princess, what did she say?” Buppig asks, having been watching closely trying to follow the conversation from just my side being voiced out loud. “She says that she did not bless Hera.” I say, my eyes never leaving GoldMoon. “That can’t be true, Shield. You laid your forehead against Hera’s. If that’s not a blessing, I don’t know what is.” Buppig says, looking at GoldMoon. She looks at Buppig and I swear she gives him an amused smile.

’ Smiling, the priestess continued as she recited the blessing. “Blessed be your breath; may you breathe deep as you take in power. Blessed be your eyes as they look to the future and the skies. Blessed be your ears as you listen to the world around you and the moon goddess to guide you. Blessed be your tongue as you speak only truth and taste only the sweetness of life. Blessed be your hands as you grasp what the world and moon goddess provide. Blessed be your feet as they carry you through this world and the next.” Stepping back, Imogen handed the infant to Emmeline who held her close.

As went on, hell began to plague the human world with demons of all kinds. Heaven's solution to this was provided with powers known as blessings. Blessings came in two forms; strengthening the human body and giving them unique abilities. Although, not every human possessed these blessings. As each day passed, the demons planned their ultimate goal.... to kill a god!
