CHAPTER 65 “Congratulations, Olivia.” Olivia turned to the older man who appeared out of the blue. She smiled at him, bringing her glass of champagne to click against his. “Thanks Mr Fredrick, I’m glad that you were able to witness this day with me.” Mr fredrick beamed. “I wouldn’t miss it for anything, your grandfather definitely made the right choice and I’m sure he would be at ease knowing that his granddaughter is living his legacy.” He cleared his throat, bringing his voice extremely low.

"Thank God I came back for you when I did. Otherwise you would have found yourself bound to that madman." 'He's more of a decent human being than you'll ever be, you prick,' Olivia thought to herself, while presenting Noah with a false smile as she waved him goodbye. Once his car disappeared out into the street, her pleasant expression instantly faded into one of absolute disgust. A wave of revulsion swept through her body, quickly followed by anger and the vengeful desire to see her plan through to the end.

In her hand was the perfume I had wanted so badly last month but could not bring myself to buy. "You're back?" Keith instinctively pulled his arm away from Caroline. "Today isn't one of the days you're supposed to come home." I had not even said anything yet. Caroline looked at me timidly, her eyes wide. "Silvia, don't misunderstand. I just came to visit my godmother." I glanced at her calmly. "Why are you so nervous? I didn't even do anything. You're making it look like I'm the bad guy." Caroline looked even more frightened. It was the kind of fragile, pitiful expression that made people want to protect her.

That gives us leverage.” Thomas nodded. “He’s right.” I smiled at him. “Say it again.” “No.” “Slower.” “Never happening.” Olivia laughed despite herself, and Helios practically strutted around inside my head. I fixed. I wasn’t giving him credit for that. Logan turned back to Seraphina. “Who is Olivia’s grandmother?” Seraphina hesitated. Olivia threw up her hands. “Oh my God, just once could somebody answer a question without looking like they’re deciding which version of the truth won’t make me faint?”
