The air was heavy with the scent of parchment and dust, the large shelves stretching high up to the ceilings, stacked with books too old to even remember their authors. I ran my fingers along the spines of the books, scanning the titles. Ancient Clan Wars. The First Kingdoms. Blood and Silver: The History of Alpha Dynasties. None of these were what I needed. I sighed, moving deeper into the archives. There had to be something here. I spent hours flipping through books, scanning old texts, piecing together fragments of history that barely made sense. Just when I was about to give up, my fingers brushed against a large, worn-out book hidden behind several others.

"These are books from my favorite author. I've been wanting to read this series for so long but couldn't because Celine was so mean she would burn them out of spite like she did to the rest of my books!" His expression changes then "Really? I'm sorry, I don't know you love to read that much..." I smile "Oh, it's okay..." I say, too happy to hold a grudge. I pick up the series one of the books. Thor also picks the second one to examine it. I run my hand over the glossy cover as I explain to him, "This series is about Asher and Grace. The story is about three sisters who fell in love with three brothers." I open the first page and gasp again out of shock

Zara calls, and I see they've already walked into the room, so I hurry up to meet them as we stop in front of a shelf. "This row," Jana says and gestures to the row at my eye level, "is filled with history books about this kingdom, how it all started, our rulers from the first to the last, our wars, festivals, rules, everything you need to know about this kingdom is arranged here in alphabetical order." "Wow," I say as I look through the books with my eyes, my fingers already itching to pick one already and flip through pages. It's been so long since I found interest in something, it's been so long since something gave me hope.

Emma later went upstairs to her brother's room. James' room was filled with things that he had insisted on carrying from Mina's place. He adores his things and wishes to take them with him wherever he goes. Emma faked a gasp seeing the room. On the bed, the blankets were covered by plushies and coloring books while color packs were laid on the nightstand unevenly. Mina had spoiled him a lot. Emma began to organize her brother's belongings. She placed the plushies on the bed, and neatly stacked the coloring books and packs on the nightstand. When she finished, she stood back and felt a warm wave of nostalgia wash over her.

I must do my objective here first. at last, now here in the History section. unlike the books from other shelves who has the same way of oldness in them, the books in the History section has different stages of being old. some are really worn out and some where just fairly new. grabbing a random book, I skimmed through the pages, wanting to know what era or year this was written, or what year did the content of the book happened. but the book only talked about the happenings of the coronation of the King Youseff Troy Von Travensky and Queen Violetta Suzette Perues. grabbing another book, i skimmed again but it was not the one i was looking for, ‘Maybe i should go for the newer ones.’

I walked to the library and sat next to the window, I looked at my project and now I need to find some books. I walked through the bookshelfs and search for the architect section. I'm looking for a watertank and some electric placement book. I looked through every book clearly and oh there it is. I tried to reach it but I can't. It's on the top of the bookshelf, I need to take a ladder. I walked away to grab the ladder. I got back to the architect section again and I put the ladder to reach the book but the book is gone. Suddenly I found the book on the middle shelf, I looked around. I guess someone must have been taking it and put it there.

I was almost skipping around the store on my toes, my veins pumping with adrenaline and an unnerving excitement that made me so restless as I looked through the books. The minute I reached got to the next Aisle and reached for the Red Kingdom series; The Rise Of The Red Kingdom, The Fall of the Red Kingdom, and Fire and Ice, I felt it again. And this time, it was more intense. It felt like someone was drilling holes into my back with their eyes, causing goosebumps to sprout on my skin. My muscles locked and my hand was almost giving away the pile of books in my hands.

I would like to thank all of you who stuck with me through this series of books, and even those of you who have only read this book (or just two of the three). It has taken me a year to work through all three books, but I was determined to do my best to end the series on a sweet note.
