Luka started, but Theoden spoke first. “I remember.” His voice was low, calm. But it hit the clearing like thunder. His warriors froze. Luka’s brow furrowed. “Remember what?” Darius, still catching his breath, frowned. “What the hell are you talking about?” Theoden inhaled slowly. Then—he looked them in the eye. “My name is Theoden.” Silence. A heavy, unnatural stillness. Luka took a step back. Darius let out a breath—a disbelieving, almost stunned laugh.

"Hobbit is one of the 7 dwarves?" Mr. Anton asks laughing and Oliver must be about to pass himself off laughing so hard. "No... it's... from the movie Lord of the Rings," Oliver says between laughs. "Yeah..." Mr. Anton says and starts laughing. "I may not be a giant, but I'm pretty! You're a mess, Oliver." I say angrily, sitting down on the bench. "Easy, little one..." He says laughing and I'm grateful when I see that we've just arrived at the airport.

"I'm Ragnar, son of the dwarves of Mistril Mountain." Dwarves? He didn't look like any dwarf I knew of. I guess I didn't have any true frame of reference for a dwarf in person, but he certainly didn't seem to fit the bill. I might have been closed minded though, because the only thing that seemed not so dwarf-like was his stature. His hair hung in a long brown and gray braid, and his beard was accented with silver charms and small braids. Ragnar had a collection of axes and daggers hung about his person, and was dressed in what looked like armor made of leather and steel.
