The King took another pause and continued, "This isn't going to be a normal war with weapons." "Isn't the Dark Lord a human, his Majesty?" Lenn asked, being bemused. "He was never a human Lenn, nor can be said of any creature, who doesn't have any heart. To answer your question, he is a witch. Black witch." The King replied.

I stared at my trembling hands, horror rooting me in place. “What… is this?” I whispered. The answer came not from the system, but from Lucian. His voice was stripped of all calm, sharp with a seriousness that sent ice through my veins. “Get away from her.” The command had barely left his lips when the black smoke surged violently upward, taking shape above my head like the outline of something monstrous.
