I gasp clutching my stomach. "If anyone's a dog its' her damn demonic hellhound," Jensen mutters, his eyes shifting from Ransom to Carley. "I've called a rabid dog before, but never a demonic hellhound. I like that better," Ransom deadpans and then psychotic creepy mean rictus stretches across his face. Someone is going to die tonight and not going to be pretty.

I nodded with wide, terrified eyes. He removed his hand and took a long stride back. He didn't move or made a noise, but waved a hand in the air. His gaze was fixed behind me. I swiveled my neck, and a hound emerged. I held my breath in anticipation. He was bigger and deadlier than the werewolf. It sniffed the wind, then let out a fearsome cry. I tremored in fear. His savage red eyes pierced the view ahead of him. His companion joined him a moment later.

As far as I knew, we didn't have a dog. At first, I saw nothing when I opened the door. I tried to step back inside, but then I heard the howling again. When I turned around, I saw the eyes of something in the woods, and fear washed over me. However, I gathered some courage and walked a little way into the yard. I stopped, and the dog emerged further from the woods. I could only see its head, but it looked huge. I couldn't determine what kind of dog it was, so I cautiously approached the woods. Surprisingly, fear didn't consume me, even though the dog appeared enormous. My breathing remained steady, and my hands didn't shake as I continued walking until I stood right in front of the woods, w

" What the hell is it?" She gasps and starts running towards the exit. But her attention goes to the dog, black as darkness, like a blackhole, Its eyes are golden. She can't help but feel bad to leave it alone after it starts fighting. " Is it a dog? Vampire type of dog?" She wonders while peeking through the bush. But she pauses when the dog is done fighting. All the bats disappear in the bush. But the dog falls on its knees, as it's bleeding profusely.

It was big but still had to be a quarter of the size of what I’d seen by the Skoger place. “Caught this fucker out behind the Pamida. It let out a menacing growl before lunging at her, snarling viciously, its fangs gleaming and drool reeking as it sprayed from its jaws. "Ah!!" Jovie's scream, sharp with terror, pierced the gloom of the tiny room. The hulking dog, jaws agape, launched itself at Jovie. Her screams, a mix of agony and fear, filled the room, accompanied by the clanking of a heavy chain. It turned out the dog was shackled by a massive steel collar, its chain trailing behind and anchored to a pipe on the wall. The dog stopped just inches from Jovie, who was then curled up on the floor, her body shaking uncontrollably, her mind overwhelmed by fear.
