Crossroads Café

Crossroads Café

Old Al’ stepped outside his car and opened Bianca’s door. He reached for Rosy and hold the baby in his arms before walking toward the café. Bianca almost jumped out of the car. She was in awe in front of the Crossroads Café. The building was a massive three-story cabin in logwood. You could see that it was well maintained as the white painting was dirt-free. Huge windows decorated with complicated carvings of wolves, vines, stars, and moons.

Oh my what a beautifully refreshing book! I laughed so much! I completely fell in love with Bianca and Magnus! They are super cute one is serious and stoic and the other fun and fiesty. Perfectly suited for each other! I always love reading about strong women and their equally strong men.

I am thoroughly enjoying this book! I have read so many books that are so full of fluff just to keep the reader hooked for the real story, but this book is fantastic and every chapter is relevant. You’ll run through a roller coaster of real emotions and still want more. Definitely worth it!

Loved (Book #2 in the Vampire Journals)

Something occurred to her. “What if it isn’t a house at all?” she asked. Caleb looked at her. “For some reason, the reference to an actual house feels too obvious to me. All of the other clues are much more subtle. What if it’s not literal? What if it’s figurative?” She ran her finger along the trail. “For instance, what if it’s actually a church? Look,” she said, pointing. “The Meeting House Church. It’s just around the corner.” Caleb looked at her, and his eyes open wide in approval.

Not Your Typical Live-In Son-In-Law

And a place: Crossway Chapel. Julian didn’t tell Charlotte right away. He knew she’d object. Not because she didn’t trust him—but because she trusted no one outside the walls of their war room. But this was different. Whoever Horizon was, they weren’t an enemy. Not yet. And not forever. The Crossway Chapel sat on the northern edge of Westbridge, past the commercial district, nestled beside the overgrown remnants of an old cemetery. Long defunct. Never razed. No tourists. No sermons.
