They continued their journey until they saw an approaching car. Jeston waved at the driver inside the car, signaling him to stop. He was glad that the driver listened to him and stopped just a meter away from them. The driver was a middle-aged man, riding his four by four pick-up truck. “Sir, can we hitch a ride? This is an emergency situation. We are hunters from Hunters Association Academy.” Jeston showed him his Hunter Identification Card. He was the one who talked to the driver. Then he turned to Samuel. “We had an encounter with the werewolves in the Riverdale Forest and my comrade was badly injured. I also injured my arm. Can you bring us to the nearby hospital as soon as possible?”

The roads weren’t overly crowded, but the Hunters on the motorcycles were fearful that they might accidentally harm innocent humans if they crashed, or one of the bullets aimed at them hit the wrong target, and eventually they lost contact with the SUV, which disappeared into the night.
