“I think you're hopeless. You're still worrying about your sister when she clearly doesn't care about you at all.” I smile faintly. “I know that. But she's still my younger sister. I was there when she was born and I have watched her grow in front of me. Even though she does things that aren't ideal, I don't hate her because she'll always be my sister. We are tied forever by our blood.”

"You're my lifesaver and I love you so much. You know that, right?" Lensley beamed. He wrung his hands and then threw his body into mine. "I love you too, Dina. You're the best sister in the whole wide world." "How sweet of you to say that to your big sister. Thank you, Lensley." The little guy giggled lightly when I tickled him here and there. He was just a bunch of cuteness in the highest way possible. I couldn't get enough of him even though he's right there with me.

The fire? I push open the door and there is my little fire-starting sister. Oh, how I have missed her. “Hi sis,” she says. That’s all it takes to make me cry. “I’m sorry, I left. I’m sorry. I’ve missed you so much. I wanted to find you. But I wasn’t leaving mom again.” I mumbled on my way over to her. When I do, I just hold her. She feels so good. Mom’s arms snake around me.

I said and put the hat she made on my head. "Okay big brother. I want to take selfie. Let me go get mine." She said and runs out of my room, leaving the door opened.

She is a strong woman and i want her to conquer but i can't. I can't afford to have feeling for her. No!!!! I don't have any feelings for her except for hate. I hate her for been the biggest thorn in my love life. I was forcefully dragged out of my thoughts when i heard some familiar voices. I unwillingly stood up and walked downstairs. As soon as i entered the living room and a small figure jumped on me. "I missed you brother " It was then i realized that she is none other than my little sister Jessica. I wrapped my arms around and hugged her tightly.

I miss my sister so much. Reminiscing about those happy times with my family, my tears fell. I remembered when we were still little; our father and mother would bring us to our favorite places whenever we were sad. They never compared my sister and me. They never made either of us feel like one was better than the other. My sister and I were completely equal in their eyes. I sobbed because of the loneliness and emptiness that was slowly swallowing me. I feel cold, and I wish I would be able to feel warmth again. I wish to be genuinely happy again. "Do you want a hug?"

I walked up to my parents and gave them a hug. "Even though you guys were never really parents, I still love you guys very much. In the end, you guys are still my parents and I will always love you guys." I said as I let them go. I walked up to Lindsay and just stood there in front of her, thinking of what to say. "You may have a bloated head, thinking highly of yourself but you're still my sister. No matter what you made me go through, you are still my sister. I still love you. We had limited memories but they were the best I ever had. I hope that your mate won't kill you for mating and getting marked by another guy but yeah.
