Novel & Cerita I've Got Gadgets And Gizmos Of Plenty

he ordered and they did while I watched them with curiosity. The servants filed out after doing that, and I turned to Gizmo with a questioning look on my face. "You like them?" He asked and I was more puzzled. "I am sorry, I am not sure I know what those are," I replied. "They are presents from me," he said with a wry smile on his face. "I got them for you because you need to look good. Clothes, shoes and jewellery. All made of gold and diamonds." There was a note of pride in his voice but I was not moved one bit.

"So cheap and low, yet pretending to be pure," Cyrus muttered. He then replied with a single line: [Yeah, I know even a bad apple can quench your thirst. But I'm nowhere near that thirsty.] After all, he had years of "handy" experience to rely on. Meanwhile, his pocket dimension contained a collection of top-shelf gadgets—high-end, fully realistic models from Blossoma. Not that he had gone out of his way to acquire them. The Volmart warehouse stocked absolutely everything imaginable.

He was going to murder me and bury me alive. I did not even want to know how much I spent. The gadgets on their own took over seven thousand, the rest who knew. I had been too excited to look at the price tags. Maybe life wouldn’t be so bad. We took a turn after a thirty minute drive and all I could do was suck a breath as my eyes lay on the black and silver jet. Again, my first time seeing the damn thing. Cars lined before it, guards moving about with some loading the jet. I jumped off our car, moving to the back, fishing through my bags. I took all those from the gadget store, then toiletries and a few clothes before I picked up the delicious treats I bought.

Elle sighs, “But I want you to go back prepared. I don’t know what we are sending you back to. Charity, can you get her some stuff from the war room?” “Of course,” I nod, a little giddy to be in there with all the cool gadgets and toys. “Come on, Nora, let’s get you some goodies.” I lead her upstairs to the giant room. I put in my access code, the doors sliding open to reveal the space. Weapons of varying size, and type line, the walls. I explain the different gizmos and gadgets, unable to hide my giddiness about being here. “Has anyone ever called you barbie assassin? Because they should.”

I continued. I traced the rim of my teacup. “They even launched a luxury tech line… Ricchezza Virtu. That’s where this came from.” I lifted my wrist, revealing the slim hologram watch with a panther drenched in diamonds. “It’s a piece of statement fashion, sure… but it also contains an encrypted satellite tracker, biometric holographic projector, even a voice-command interface. It can even store books. He custom built it for me.”

I am mature, strong, independent, and in all of my right senses. But tonight, I want to let it loose…for good. He was the most hottie I have seen in a long while. You have to do it for me. Ella grumbles crankily. My eyes fall on a sleek device blinking beneath the crystal table. Putting my fork down, I stand up, not averting my eyes from the gadget. Once closer, I find my suspicion to be true. It’s one of those popular watches that function like a mobile phone only in three dimensions. It’s a new update of the prior two dimension project of the same class.

He had remembered. The spark of pleasure was immediately doused by a colder, more rational thought. This isn't a gift. It's a distraction. A way to keep me quiet and occupied. A new, shinier toy for the pet. The care and attention behind the gift felt like just another form of control, more insidious because it was wrapped in the guise of thoughtfulness. It was a bribe to accept his captivity, to find contentment within his gilded walls.

The bright, sparkling lights overhead reflected off endless rows of polished glass display cases, making the entire room look like a glittering palace of modern technology. Row after row of sleek shelves held every single type of electronic device imaginable—laptops, tablets, iPads, wireless headsets, glowing speakers, and dozens of luxury smartphone models I had never even seen before in my life. The whole store was packed with high-end gadgets from wall to wall, leaves me completely breathless as I took in the dazzling sight.

I replied, attempting a weak smile. Roman reached into his jacket pocket, pulling out a small, inconspicuous case. "Here," he said, handing it to me. "These are the devices you'll need to install." He began, turning serious. I opened the case, my eyes widening at the sight of the tiny, high-tech gadgets nestled inside. They were smaller than I'd imagined, barely larger than a grain of rice. "They're so small," I murmured, carefully examining one. "That's the point," Roman explained, his eyes flicking between me and the road.

Jayden asked anxiously. "Come with me, I think that one is in the store." The old man said and everyone else followed him. *Goodness me." Abigail gasped in shock with her jaw dropping. "You have got to be kidding me right now!." Jayden exclaimed. "Ohh, I forgot to warn you about his love for gadgets. I am sorry but welcome to Tom's digital world " the old lady said shrugging her shoulders. "I did not have the slighest idea that old people too invest in gadgets." Jayden said as he looked around in awe.
