I Was Reincarnated Novels & Stories

I had died the year 2021. No that's not the word. It's murdered. Yes, I was murdered. I remembered clearly now. I was murdered on the 6th of April 2021. And yet I'm still alive but in a totally different time. Back to the past. By the look of things, I think I can comprehend what was happening. It seemed I got reincarnated. I never believed such things exists. I've read about it, watched movies that showcased it, even heard stories about it.

On the other hand, it does not appear that this is the case that is occurring here. After being reincarnated into the body of Claudette Silverstone, my previously normal life was suddenly riddled with events that defy explanation, particularly after I had died and been reborn. Originally, I was just supposed to give my earlier self a warning and go see my mother, but somehow I managed to get myself into this predicament instead.

“And that man who was sent to kill her is me.” That was me? But how was that possible? I was nothing more than a human. I was born, and I have aged just like a normal human. How was it possible that I was this creature, claiming she could not die? “Don’t you understand?” The one with me continues. “This was us before.” “Before,” I whisper. “Are you saying that I am a reincarnation of this woman? But how is that possible? I’m not a monster.” “You’ve been led astray. All this time, you’ve believed that you are nothing more than a human, but really, you are one of us.”

All that was left was for the truth to be unveiled. I closed my eyes before opening them again as I held onto his hands, “Alex, this is my third life. I was reincarnated. I was murdered two times, and hopefully, it will not happen in this timeline.” What I said caused Alex’s eyes to widen in surprise, yet he remained silent, his confusion evident. Seeing the uncertainty on his face, I knew I had to continue. I began to recount the story of how I ended up by his side, the journey that led us to this moment.

Luna Tauriel said anxiously. My feet were rooted to the floor as Beta Bernard circled me, his footsteps piercing the atmosphere, and causing my heart to beat faster. “I've heard of reincarnation, but I never thought it was possible. Are you really—” “Yes, obviously,” I interrupted, crossing my arms confidently. “I haven't changed. It's just difficult to believe because I already died eighteen years ago. But here I am again. The same old Reina.” I turned to Beta Daphne. “Where is my father?”

But, Damien is begging and kneeling at him. “You can kill after you know the truth. I am tired of being manipulated by Gonzalo.” Damien answered. Caleb widened his eyes. “What do you mean?” Caleb pointed her sharp claws to Damien's neck. “Tell me everything!” The truth about Lia’s reincarnation struck him like a thunderstorm, each revelation hitting him harder than the last. Eliana wasn’t just someone who reminded him of Lia. She was Lia, reborn by the grace of the Moon Goddess. This revelation only fueled Caleb’s need to confront Gonzalo and end the chaos once and for all.

I opened my eyes to find a shiny knife before me, sending me tumbling back onto the couch in fear. "What's wrong, Lily? Do you want an apple?" my husband, Xavier Henderson, asked. My heart raced—wasn't I dead? Because I kept quiet, Xavier moved closer, still holding the knife. He said, "There's a new coworker who lives in our neighborhood..." I slapped the knife away and frantically inspected my body. And then, realization dawned—I had been reborn!

I poured us each a drink and joined her. “Have you ever heard of reincarnation, and a goddess called Bastet?” It had quickly become clear that grandma was in the same state of shock that I had been in before. She frowned, but didn’t say a word. “According to Bastet, she reincarnated me. I died in the battle between our pack and Daniel’s, and she brought me back to change future.” I emptied my glass and sat back, taking a deep breath. It took some time to explain what we all had been through, and grandma asked the odd question, but she didn’t look shocked.

She sat for another minute in his office while the fire burned low and the baby moved and outside the snow came down quiet on North Ridge. She thought about her first life. About the version of herself who had never known any of this was possible. Who had been so thoroughly told, for so long, that she was ordinary — nothing special, nothing remarkable, perfectly fine — that she had believed it the way you believed things that were repeated to you often enough. She thought: I wish I could tell her. The version of me in that cell. I wish I could say: hold on. Just hold on a little longer. There is a version of this that is worth coming back for.

I scrunched my face, trying to hold back my tears as I reminisced of all the things that I have done, as Sakamaki Yuu and as Lancelot Ral Constance. Just right after I reincarnated, I have been running around settling problems that the former Lancelot started. I did say that I want to live my life as I wanted, but seeing the servants and the people, in addition to my fussy attitude, I couldn’t just left them continue living like that.
