Stacy was mimicking one of her professors’ accents so dramatically I had to clutch my stomach to stop myself from crying. We were still giggling when we stepped out of the dorm. Carol’s car was already there, her window gliding down smoothly. Stacy, full of her usual bustling energy, leaned forward with a wide grin. “Hi, Car!” she sang, waving at her. “Hey! Love your outfit.” Carol complimented her. Stacy was wearing a ripped baggy jean and pink crop top, finished with some Grade A sneakers. I had noticed she was a fashionista, and she slayed all her wears so well.

The drinks are green, red, and black. I wear the DC character supervillain Harley Quinn costume with wigs because Bash did not agree to dye my hair while Bash wears a Daredevil costume with a masked horn head. “Shouldn’t you two wear at least a match costume?” Ryker asks. I think he’s Edward Cullen tonight with a thick foundation to look pale and red contact lens. “Ryker!” I launch myself to hug him. He laughs. “Easy there, Harley. Our last encounter wasn’t pleasant. You don’t wanna make this party a real Halloween, do you?”

I said trying my best to pull his hand away from my already ruined hair. Gar brought out his phone and began something on it. I didn’t care what he was doing just that he leaves me and my hair in peace and in style. I brought back my attention to my phone and realized that for the past minutes, Charlie had sent a couple of messages. “Thought of what costume to wear for the festivity yet? I’m thinking of going with the outfit of a pirate.” “I have all that I needed to do the part of a pirate except the messed up accent. Arrghh! Still have some work to do there.”

Thereafter, I walked up to Ivy, who was looking at us and smiling. “Hi, big brother,” She said. “Big day today, huh?” “Tell me about it,” I heaved a sigh. “You look good.” Ivy was clad in an off shoulder metallic grey dress that stopped well past her knees, which happened to be her outfit of the day as Jocelyn's maid of honour. “You look dashing too,” She said before her smile dissipated. “Eduardo, don't mess this up again.” “I won't even dare to,” I replied. “My stupidity would be completely out of this world and irredeemable if I did something like that.”

I am so hungry. “Yes?” He asks, grabbing one himself. “I don’t have a costume.” I say, and he smiles, while walking to the closet. He comes out with his own costume and underwear, laying it on the bed. Then he goes back to the closet, while I keep munching on food. He comes back out with another costume; the dress is dark purple, and the stockings are black. The dress has that princess feel over it, with a sweetheart neckline and lots of puff. He then goes back in a third time, and comes back out with three boxes.

Everyone already saw through my disguise anyways so there is no more use for it. As for my hair, I can only take the dye out when we leave the island. I pull on a pair of sandals and head out of my room. Alaric is waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs and the moment he sets eyes on me, a small smile stretches across his lips. He is not dressed in a tailored suit today, instead he has on a pair of grey pants and a black dress shirt left untucked. "Cedric is waiting in the car. Come on, the event begins soon." Alaric says, offering me a hand to help me down the stairs. I question his actions but I do not refuse the gesture.

Caliana's POV The next day was Halloween, and Love and I were dressed as evil witches. We walked downstairs to the grand foyer as we went to do trick or treating. We found the brothers there, they were all in casual outfits except Marcus and Garret who dressed as some killer cowboys. I squinted my eyes when I smelled actual blood from them. Garret smiled. "Hey, sexy witches," "Garret!" I hissed, gesturing to the little girl who was now in her father's arms.

*Will* Stepping into the closet, fresh from my shower and ready to get dressed for tonight’s event, a costume party for the kids of financial tycoons, I sigh. On the valet hook, Kiera has set out a cherry-red T-shirt and a pair of matching tracksuit bottoms. On the shelf, there’s what looks suspiciously like a googly-eyed crab hat and a pair of matching, mitten-like claws.

I glance at him, and he leads us toward Darcey, Deren, and the twins. They all wear matching colors. Darcey is wearing a green fitted gown that shows off her curves. Manie is wearing a green ball gown with a princess tiara. She looks so cute. Deren and Mason are wearing white shirts with green breeches. “Aunty and Uncle Kai are also wearing matching colors,” Manie said with a smile. The Alpha and I both glanced at each other. I didn't notice he was also wearing black. “Happy birthday Darcey. We got this for you, well, Alexa did,” the Alpha said. I handed the box over to her.

Madam Carter said, “You are moving back. Today marks the day that you will be living with Odell again. I have to make it a little more official and grand.” Isabel also cheered delightfully. “Yeah! Great-grandma is right! Brother and I also dressed up specially for the occasion!” Not only had the two little kids put on their best clothes, their faces had even been lightly made up, making them look like walking dolls. Sylvia simply smiled and went to her room with the makeup artist. The makeup artists had a slim red dress in one of the boxes. Its design was based on a retro style but it was beautiful. On top of that, there was also a pair of red leather heels.
