Ideas For A Mystery Novel Novels & Stories

It has never been my goal to impress my sister with anything I do. I scroll through the books in the library until I come to my favourite section, Mystery. I always love the thrill that comes with not knowing what's going to happen next. You can make it more interesting for yourself if you start to wonder what is happening and what will happen. I take a few glances through the books on the shelves and take a book that looks the most interesting out of all the books I saw. 'In the Woods' by Tana French.

Everyone loves a good mystery don’t they? Especially to things that we can never really know the truth about.” He looked at her perceptively. Again she felt as though his words held hidden meaning and guilt flooded her at the thought of her true intentions.

The night stretches endlessly, restless thoughts weaving through my mind like an unyielding storm. Sleep eludes me as I grapple with the weight of the impending tragedy. Evelyn's plan to eliminate Hugh and his son on the day of the wedding is inconceivable! I thought such things can only happen in TV series and movies… I pause, toss and turn, realizing that I’m inside a novel, so these things are not impossible. What can I do to stop Evelyn… and Dwight too? How can I prevent the bloodshed without being caught by them?

Selena sat in front of her MacBook, typing furiously as she continued writing her latest mystery novel. She had always been passionate about writing ever since she was a little girl and had often imagined herself as a famous author in her own right. The book she was currently working on was a murder mystery set in a small town in Maine. The protagonist was a young detective named Lily who was trying to solve the mysterious murder of a wealthy businessman. As Selena wrote, her imagination ran wild, crafting plot twists and cliffhangers that would keep her readers on the edge of their seats.

Then suddenly, inspiration struck. “Ha!” I squealed at my genius. It was all too juicy, too curious. It would make an amazing mystery novel! And, who better to write it than the sleuth herself? I smiled, excited at the revelation. I finally had ideas for a novel, and as I dug, I was sure I’d find more to write about.

The rest of the day seems boring so, I decided to read a book. "Let's see what I got here? I started looking for a storybook that will get my attention. Nope. Not this one. Yes finally found you " Sherlock Holmes. My favorite detective of all time. This book always inspired me to write a mystery novel. I tried many times, but nothing came to my mind. So I decided to give a break and concentrate on other things. I was a very very big fan of mystery and detective novels than romance and action. "If I started reading now, then I can finish this entire book by evening. The stories looked really interesting." I thought while flipping the pages.

And suddenly I remembered every mystery novel I'd ever read, every movie I'd ever seen, and an idea struck me. Hidden passages. Old mansions always had hidden passages, right? It might have sounded ridiculous, but this might've been my best and only bet. I rushed forward to the nearest shelf and started pulling books off, throwing them onto the floor all willy-nilly, looking for anything unusual. But there was nothing. “Ugh, c'mon. I need a miracle, and I need it now.” I tried another shelf, then another. The books on the floor continued piling up, and the dust from the books almost killed me.

I patted my thigh in confusion, still pacing around in the same manner. What should I do? What do I do now? Where do I run to for help? How do I escape all this? C’mon Alice, think! think! I tapped my head countless times so an idea would come up. Just then, an idea came across my mind just what I wanted. And that was about reaching out to the assassins as soon as possible. Adrienne stated that they had made investigations to get the assassins involved in the crime act. I think it would be a great idea to come up with a plan as soon as possible, so they won't be able to trace me. If only I would reach out to them soon, it would determine what I would do next. I groaned. “There's also dead body turns up and no one knows who dunnit but special detective finds clues and takes out the bad guy in the nick of time.” Ryan laughed along with me. “Hey, I like reading those.” I chuckled, “A good mystery never hurt anybody.” “I want a mystery where the serial killer takes out the detective but dies in a hit and run as he tried to flee town.” Ryan quipped, bending to study another raunchy book cover. “I'm sure there's a book with that title somewhere.” I found myself relaxing a bit more. “Now that we're talking about it, maybe that's what I'm in the mood for. A good mystery.”

“He's a great guy. We get along pretty well.” “I can imagine,” I murmured, this time the lust in my voice was obvious. I bent down to pick up a novel I found on the floor, revealing my cleavage. Adjusting swallowed hard, rubbing his bulge. Despite trying hard to maintain composure. The air was filled with unspoken desire. I knew exactly where this was going. Steve was trying hard to resist me, it wasn't working cause he was still hard. “You know,” I began, moving closer to Steve on the couch. “I've always admired men who love reading mystery novels. There's something I find hot and intriguing about guys who loves solving puzzles and mysteries.
