THE MAFIA KING'S TRAP.

THE MAFIA KING'S TRAP.

Staring into nothingness and being shackled to a bed was not how I wanted to spend the rest of my days. Dropping my hands to my side, I took in the view. The garden looked beautiful, and the fresh fragrance of the flowers made it feel like I was in a fairy tale. It reminded me of the Beast's garden in Beauty and the Beast, and I scoffed. This definitely wasn't a fairy tale. But recently, I was finding out that It wasn't a nightmare either. It was in-between and even the lines were starting to get blurry.

The Mafia Don's Captive

The Mafia Don's Captive

"Where's this place? And we're in a forest right? There's no garden that's as deep as this." "Just keep walking, princess," he says coldly, barely sparing me a glance. Soon, we round a curve and a battered, wooden door comes into view. He stops, raising his hand slowly to touch the surface, a faraway look on his face. I edge closer, noting the dusty inscription his hand seems to be rubbing - Garden Beckett; the roses in this garden are dedicated to my two wonderful boys, Randy and Kristoff.

Captured by Satan

Captured by Satan

I almost stopped walking when I didn't recognize anything in this garden. Everything had transformed overnight—the flowers were in full bloom, bushes had doubled in size, and bees buzzed around as if it were the most delightful place. It was shocking. Slowly, as if this entire garden was bewitched, I walked on with my eyes on every single flower and bee. Everything that moved caught my attention. Demons were walking around, all dressed in Wrath colours, and I felt like a sort of beacon walking around. Everybody averted their eyes away from me, but I knew that they noticed the wounds on my neck. It was very clear I was bitten, and multiple times at that. Even the sun came out and I put my fac

The Beast And The Agent

The Beast And The Agent

A very large and gruesome looking creature with hammer like fists was beating away at the lonely car near the portal, from which he had apparently entered Etherea. "What's that?" Cash asked softly. "It's an ogre." I answered. Winterlash grunted and handed us a pair of tranquilliser guns. I handed mine back and patted the buckle strapped to my thigh where my gun was. "Don't harm it. Just call the cleaning services when you're done." He said. I gave him a nod and started to walk out of the room when I heard a squeak. "What about me?" And I remembered with a curse about Agent Cash.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

The veranda, a sun trap with a small table and a couple of chairs and pots overflowing with old-fashioned flowers and herbs, was a great addition, he had to admit. It was stoutly enclosed for safety and there was a gate protecting the steps that led down to the garden. The swing was new, too. And the brightly coloured garden toys for Toby to climb over and through. ‘His birthday present,’ she said, following his gaze. ‘From Naten. We were going to have a little party…’ She placed her mug on the table but didn’t sit down. Instead, she leaned against the rail so that she had her back

Bride of the Beast

Bride of the Beast

HECTOR BAYES ”Miss Oliver? What are you doing here?” I sighed, watching as Sarah bowed a small courtesy before entering the statue-lined envelope of the stone castle garden. The granite of some of the dead-eyed sculptures had become run over with yellow-petaled moss, giving the garden all the feels of a resting jungle.

Bride of the Beasts

Bride of the Beasts

Flower beds bordered the paths, their soil freshly turned in preparation for spring. It couldn't have contrasted more sharply with the labyrinth beyond. Here, the maze's disorienting magic had been stripped away. Only quiet protective wards remained, humming through the air above and the earth below. Corbin took another slow look around before glancing at Brammon. "A playpen for the pest?" Brammon answered with nothing more than a flat stare. Corbin's gaze shifted to Fenric. "Where is she, anyway?" "She's resting," Fenric replied without hesitation.

Falling Stardust

Falling Stardust

The Devos Natural Garden. It was a park with thousands of species of plants, and energy beasts were of different sizes and colors. Families would come here to enjoy the environment and introduced the kids to energy beasts. The energy beasts here were small and nonviolent. This was also a place for young couples, Xasha came to this place as a child and thought it was the most beautiful place in Semeria.

When Love Was A Lie

When Love Was A Lie

chamber, Caspian and I sat in the immersion chairs, our hands interlaced as the sensors attached to our temples. "I’m with you," he whispered, his grip tightening. "Don't let it seduce you with the math. Stay Eleanor." We stood in the "Garden of Lost Logic." It was a digital cathedral of light, water, and impossible geometry. Floating lagoons of sapphire blue hung in a sky of shifting amber. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen, a masterpiece of quantum creativity. In the center of the garden stood a figure. It wasn't a person; it was a shifting silhouette of water and light, wearing the "voice" of the Oasis.

Taken By The Beast

Taken By The Beast

“I’ve never been to the garden.” Memories from a time I played outside in the garden as a child surfaced. I missed the sunlight. I was a werewolf, so the moon was my friend, but nothing felt better than the warm sun soaking into my flesh. The beast wanted to give her what she wanted, so he rounded the corner of the house, and led her toward the garden. Cicadas sang in the distance, the bayou talking to us despite the fear the animals held. Piper seemed excited the closer we walked toward the garden. A trellis arched over the entrance, beautiful roses slept there for the night. Piper ran in front of the beast, her fingers sliding over the sculptured bushes.
