Invincible Peter Cullen Novels & Stories

And there was something…something she couldn’t quite place. She tilted her head, her eyes squinting in and out of focus. “Who are you and how do you know my…” the word didn’t come out right. She wanted to say, father. Or Dad. But Jonah had stepped into that role ten years ago and it didn’t feel right to use his title out loud for a stranger. The man stretched his hand out. “Hi. I’m Peter. Peter Callahan. I’m your…well,” he smiled and something in Eveline’s chest gripped tight. “Your half-brother.”

“He said he had a partner that he wanted to introduce me to. He felt both of us could benefit from the deal but I wasn’t interested in any new partner. So I wasn’t really willing to listen to his pitch. He was almost getting too pushy about it.” Sazon frowned. “How hard was he pushing this guy on you?” Mikial shrugged. “Like I said, I wasn’t really interested so I ignored the conversation.” The phone rang again. It was Nicky calling back. When Raven answered she put it on speaker. Nicky got right to the point, “I looked into this Cullen guy and I don’t think you’re gonna like what I found.” “And what did you find?” Raven asked her brother. “Cullen died a month after Jessie in what the police

“Far, far away. I was at the mountainside with my crew, digging up an ancient well. It’s been buried under rock slides for decades.” Raven frowned. “So you’re telling me someone who looked like you—and had access to your number—was at my house, pulling strings behind the scenes? And it wasn’t you?” “Nope,” Cullen said simply. “But if I had to guess, whoever it was… probably wasn’t human.” Raven’s head snapped up at that. “What do you mean, not human?” “Exactly what I said. Your life has never been about humans, Rave and you know it's the truth. Instead of asking me these questions, you should be asking YOU these questions.”

“I’m pretty sure this is better than ruining your nice clothes.” He nodded. “Of course, it is. How is your injury?” Raven went still for a moment before chuckling. She pressed a kiss to his cheek and leaped off the truck. “I’m not so bad off that you need to worry, Peter. Where’s Cillian?” Her gaze drifted over me briefly. A look of pity washed over her face. Then she turned away. “Over here,” Cillian said. “Peter, you too.” Peter set the last box down and leaped down to follow Raven. Candido climbed up on the truck to take Peter’s place, and I found a place to sit down.

Not talking to each other and simply pretending that he is not there, has worked out great for me and I think I should do that more often. I should simply ignore Ava's uncle, yes, Mr Cullen is Ava's uncle. It's unfortunate for me but true. Apparently, Mr Cullen is the brother to Ava's mom and Ava's mom was adopted into the Cullen family. Mr Cullen and Mr Davies have been friends for a long time and it just worked out, when Mr Davies fell inlove with Mr Cullen's sister. I just wonder what Mr Cullen's reaction was, when he learnt that his best friend had fallen inlove with his little sister?

Things were far too intense as it was without that. Max and I spent a good deal of time discussing Peter and my idea of how to deal with the zombies. At first, he was resistant because it required I go out into the field with Peter and assist in their destruction and he was worried for my safety. When I reminded him of how I’d managed to take Jacob down and handcuff him while Max lay unconscious and admitted to having been administered an antidote that Peter brought from Africa that would protect me from getting infected, he relaxed and actually agreed that it would strengthen our team to have me play an active role.

Not just a wolf. But a force of nature. And no matter how much I wanted to run from him, some part of me—some maddening, aching part—knew it would be impossible. Whether I liked it or not, this man, this beast, this protector… was mine. And I was his. Our eyes were still locked when footsteps echoed across the ruined chamber. His beta entered—Lieutenant Daniel, clad in formal armor, eyes darting from the destroyed wall to the blood-soaked floor, then to the dead assassin sprawled at Alexandro’s feet.

Let's see how that witch can beat this. "Seraphina, this is Cullen. He has been my best friend since childhood. In fact, he was trained with me to be my beta. But, after nearly losing his life during battle where he protected me, he has been hospitalised. Surprising for a werewolf, but it was a special weapon. Now, five years later, he's stronger, wiser and ready to reclaim his position." "Oh," I mumbled. Subconsciously, my gaze met Guapo's. I was already forming an alliance with him. If he was removed, all my plans would falter. Andrew is too old for me to make plans with, and this Cullen guy seems too loyal.
