Iris POV My name is Iris Doukas, the niece of Hatzis Doukas, the fierce and feared leader of the white fang pack. My uncle was a cold man who cared only about battles and nothing else. Other than the prostitute he slept with, he didn't have a mate and refused to have an heir. My childhood was beautiful and also filled with gruesome scenes because uncle Hatzis was ruthless to anyone that's not me since I was his little brother's only child and his last surviving blood relative since my parents died.

“Do forgive me, but I didn’t catch your name earlier.” She blushes. “I am sorry, I am so used to Rex, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Princess Iris.” Hector is surprised and bows. “I am sorry, Your Highness. I didn’t know you were a royal,” says Hector. Rex laughs. “It’s fine, Hector, you didn’t know, and Iris isn’t one for titles. Just respect the queen and we will be fine,” orders Rex. Ruby and Ash join the group a few moments later. Ruby sits next to Hector and Ash sits next to Ruby.

Iris huffed, her cheeks flushing pink. "Hmm… And what does my little princess want to buy?" Iris' eyes lit up, momentarily forgetting her irritation with her brother. "I want a unicorn, Daddy! A real one!" I burst into laughter at her impossible request. With smiles on our faces, we left Serenity Pines Estate and headed straight to the hotel. I had no idea that the night would end in such a bloodbath...

Murmurs Alfredo. The sound of stomping feet from behind makes him on guard. "Wylie? You take too long!" He yells, but---- "You seem to enjoy teasing them, Mr. Messenger. Her voice squeal in the excitement that she cannot contain in her chest.

(Iris) (Iris) I panicked. My heart raced as I approached the meeting spot by the waterfall, a chill creeping up my spine that had nothing to do with the cold night air. The silvery light of the moon cast eerie shadows on the forest floor, making every tree seem like a lurking figure. As I walked closer, my breath visible in the air, I could see the two figures clearly. The Lycan King, with his imposing shadow and ominous gaze, and Seraphina, her stance radiating both power and concern.

Her moment of lull was disturbed by Javier brushing her cheek gently with his knuckles . "What happened? Baker you're not the same carefree friend I remember. You might be smiling yes, talking yes, but your eyes tell me a different story." Iris turned on her side and was met by Javier's concerned face . He looked worried. "How is it that you are able to see what most guys aren't able to..." Her voice trembled with fear as she clung to Alaric’s suit, who appeared almost delighted by the situation. “You’re right here after all! Did you see how handsome James’s dad is? Taking her child, Iris looked like she had almost run out of energy and looked at me with a hopeful expression as if she wanted me to be ecstatic about the information she provided. An unusual glow was visible in her eyes, but it quickly faded. I looked back at her eyes straight away, but the glow had disappeared. I was not sure if I was seeing things or not.
