The Wolf's Game
When the dust settles, she stands at the doorway, her expression carved from heartbreak.
“I will return,” she says. “Whether you welcome me or not.”
Then she dissolves into starlight. The moment she vanishes, the chamber screams. Cracks racing through the throne, the walls, the very bones of the Game.
