This man wasn’t my Adam and I won’t let him hurt anyone I love. He was after me so I knew Monic and Jake would be safe as long as they weren’t anywhere near me. I narrowed my eyes at him, glaring at the man before me darkly. “What do you want?” I asked into the night, knowing he could hear me loud and clear. I was hurt and if he was going to pick a fight with me, I would lose in a nanosecond. But Bryant has always told me that if I’m going to go down, I should go down with my head held high and I should fight until they bring me to my knees.

Mentally and physically. My body felt like jelly from fighting him up to this point, and now that I was naked the endeavor seemed pretty fucking pointless.

As his men finally start to file in, he says, “Let’s get this over with so they can go lick their wounds.” “I want my top 3 warriors to step forward,” Alpha Jack demands. Three very large men step forward and glare at Greg, thinking he is going to be their opponent. He gives them a shit eating grin and sits down cross legged on the ground and looks over at me expectantly and winks. I shake my head and walk out to the middle of the training ground and give them a bored look. They look over at me in surprise and the blonde one looks over at Alpha Jack and says, “What the fuck is this?”

Henry’s POV. How many? It has eight… no ten henchmen. They have hidden muscle, two by the bar, one is behind the pillar. Jack moves faster. A sharp crack echoes through the casino as Jack drives his elbow into the man’s throat. Snap. The man collapses before the scream fully leaves his mouth. Nikolai leans forward, resting his chin on the skull of his cane. “Well,” he says, standing up slowly from his throne, “If you don’t want to play League of Legend, then we would fight in the real world instead.”

Miller, who had hidden in an abandoned warehouse without food or water for ten days just to film this, was now insisting it was evidence. He ignored the Director's scorn. Connor was overseeing everything with military precision, barking orders at younger warriors setting up equipment. He swung wildly, and I sidestepped, delivering a precise kick to his ribs that knocked the wind out of him. He fell to the ground, gasping for breath, and it was my turn to smirk. Daniel stepped in, raising his hand to signal the end of the fight. "That’s enough," he said firmly. "Good work, both of you." Jake glared up at me from the ground, his pride clearly wounded. He looked down, avoiding my eyes and those of everyone else.

he grinned “I was thinking we do some knife throwing, and combat” “You want me to punch you” I grinned. “I would like you to try punch me” He winked. “I might get the other guys in on it too, as we all have different fighting styles so it will be good practice for you” “Even Jack?” “Jack is a very skilled fighter, I am sure he will help. Just don’t expect to beat him, as none of us can beat him in a fight” “Who can’t you beat in a fight?” Jack asked finally putting his phone away and coming over to join us.
