My eyes were enormous circles with jagged lines coming out—lightning, maybe. Underneath, in Rowan’s careful, wobbly handwriting: THE KERSED LUNA. The second panel had a moon with angry eyebrows and what I thought might be teeth. A tiny figure (me, presumably) stood under it, frowning. Panel three showed a blob with too many arms, and what I assumed was Malric’s crown, being bitten by a smaller blob with pointy teeth. Panel four was just me again, this time with a wolf tail and a baby in my arms, the angry moon now… smiling? Or having a stroke. It's hard to say.

As my eyes follow his neck I find our mark sitting there like the most beautiful tattoo with its simplicity. The triple moon sits on our neck, the outlines clean and crisp. Inside the full moon sits two paw darkened paw prints. Three stars connected by thin lines rest above the full moon and waning crescent. Tracing the image I enjoy watching Damon shiver while I whisper, "it's beautiful."

Jenny mumbled. She saw the window of her room was partly opened. She went there to give her sound and wake her up. As she peeped from the window, she got shocked to see the inside scene. Kate was sitting in front of a mirror and a man was designing something on back portion of her neck. The man seemed tattooist. Jenny looked at the design carefully and mumbled, " Omg! She is making a false moon-mark on her neck to cheat Jack and trap him in her love."

I had a folder with all the entries for the tattoo ideas in it. "My favorites are these three." I mind-linked. She took out the top three and looked at them. The first one was a crescent moon with a swirling cloud thing behind it. The description was that we were called shadow pack, so it would make sense that we had a shadow of the moon to represent us. She then looked at the next one. It was two hands that looked to be made from shadows reaching for one another. Then she came to the last one.

I finally asked, with my voice sounding like thunder. “Rory, we'll have to fight back. " We have to gather allies who are willing to fight and break out of the darkness that is trying to overwhelm us, she said in a fierce tone, as the fire in her eyes lit up at that instant. “However, you must take this along..." She immediately put her hands in her pocket, and brought out a mysterious-looking stone. The surface looked very smooth and clear, it looked very crystal clear. In the center, I recognized a painting from one of the pack meetings. It symbolized an emblem of both royalty and classical aura.

Everything went fuzzy and I was out. Present Day. I stood from the couch and walked over to the picture on the wall. I stood in front of it, moving my eyes over the mix of colours. It was like a galaxy of stars, glitter and beautiful colours. It was the kind of picture that would make someone calm and happy. It was the type of picture someone could marvel at for hours. It was the kind of picture that someone would smile at. But not me. It was the same picture that I have been forced to look at thousands of times throughout my life.
