James And The Giant Peach James Novelas e Histórias

said Amanda. "A little," he replied. "And my name is James, not young master," the kid giggled and introduced himself again, surprised that the elderly lady had already forgotten his name. He had never been addressed in this manner before. "That's right. Would you like chocolate cupcakes, James?" Amanda asked, smiling. She recalls Emma telling her that James loved chocolate more than anything else. James waited for his sister's approval, and when he got it, he nodded his head and smiled brightly. "I love chocolate."

He gave another hearty laugh as she pulled back. Tres was muttering something about a lost appetite when a commotion a few tables away caught James’s eye. Voices were taunting a young boy about wearing tights and what his sexual identity was. He shook his head angrily. “Svet? Isn’t that Adonis, the dude who played Peter Pan?” She looked where he had nodded and confirmed it. “Yes, that’s him.” Svet sighed. James glanced over again at the bullying and came to a decision. Letting go of Eliza’s hand, he stood. “I’ll be right back.”

“Excuse me?... I saved your fucking life. If I want to eat you out, there had best be a big time ‘thank you’ in store for me. Yes?” Charlotte shook her head again. Feeling pathetic, she mumbled, “I’m gross.” Immediately, James’s face switched from annoyance to a wicked grin. “Really? You think anything is going to stop me from enjoying my well-earned snack?” Leaning in so that their noses were practically touching, the giant man remarked in a hushed tone, “Think again, baby girl.”

James said. “Careful James, he threw a case at me.” The maid said. “I taught him how to ride a bicycle when he was six, I promise he won’t throw a vase at me.” He took the tray from the maid and entered the room. Paul looked up, eyes burning with anger, it reduced when he saw who it was. “I said I wanted to be left alone James.” Paul muttered. “Go away.” “I will once you have eaten.” James said putting the tray on the table next to him. “The maid said you didn’t eat dinner, or breakfast. At least eat lunch.”

“James, wake up.” “Mmmh… five more minutes,” he mumbled, rolling away from me. The couch creaked under his size. “James, wake up,” I tried again, shaking him slightly. He swatted my hand away without opening his eyes. I sighed. “James… I made pizza.” He was upright in less than a second. His eyes snapped open, and he sat up so fast I almost laughed. Without another word, he grabbed a slice and devoured it. Then another, and then another. He barely chewed. Within seconds, the plate was empty, and he still looked like he could’ve eaten an entire restaurant.

He quickly turned and dragged a chair over to me. My heart ached seeing him pull a chair almost bigger than him. “Thank you, sweetheart,” I said, gently patting his soft hair. Soon, we were chatting and laughing, and I completely forgot that we were just chasing each other a moment ago. Haha. “My baby is so cute,” I said, staring at James with a smile. I felt proud. Both of my adorable kids—how lucky am I? I couldn’t help but blush a little. “Mommy!” James suddenly pouted. “I’m not cute.” He looked upset.

Just a comfort that came from surviving something and still wanting to be together. --- By noon, James was back home. He hurried to Luke first, hanging around his waist. "Did you miss me?" he asked. "Always," Luke said, lifting him up. And then James went to Amiriam. "Did you miss me more?" She smiled. "Way more." James inflated his chest. "Good. 'Cause I wrote you another story at Rita's." Luke raised an eyebrow. "Another?" "It's Amiriam and the Boy Who Knew Everything," James declared dramatically. "You're the queen and I'm the prince."

Knowing what he knew about Peach’s family history, the frown on James' face deepened into a scowl, and a sense of hate swelled up in him. “What?! Are you not going to get her?!” Madam Jewel questioned loudly, feeling anger grow when she saw the way that James was glaring. “Hmm-umm, you are her step-grandma,” James mumbled beneath his breath in annoyance as he tried to ignore the anger building up in him. After hearing those words, Madam Jewel knew James wasn’t fond of her, and she sighed out her frustration, putting her hands on her hips. “Peach!!” Madam Jewel shouted as loud as she possibly could.

She brought them out and served them to James. "Thank you, Auntie Amanda," James said happily on seeing the ice cream and the peppered chicken. He quickly grabbed the ice cream and opened it. He picked up the spoon and started scooping from the ice cream plate with Happiness. "Thank you, Auntie Amanda, the ice cream is very delicious," James said with happiness. "You're welcome, we will get more next time. I'm planning on taking you out very soon," Amanda said to James. His eyes lit up in a smile when he heard Amanda's words. He had been longing to go out with Amanda.

“Leo, this is Mr. Miller. He was mommy’s friend a long time ago.” “Just James, please,” he said, crouching down to Leo’s level. “Nice to meet you, Leo. I like your dinosaur backpack.” Leo, disarmed by the attention to his favorite thing, gave a small smile. “It has a T-Rex.” “The best kind,”James said solemnly, standing back up. His gaze returned to me, still amazed. “You look… you look exactly the same, Maya.” I let out a short laugh, self-consciously tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. I felt anything but the same. “I doubt that. But you look great, James. What are you doing here?”
