His eyes swept over the pack, then back to me, full of venom. “Sorry to ruin your fairytale moment, everyone,” he said, voice dripping sarcasm, “but whether she’s wolfless or glowing like some Moon Goddess miracle, little Cinderella here is still not fit to be the Luna of your precious pack.”

“You’re such an asshole. Keep your dirty fantasies to yourself.” Jasper wiggled his eyebrows, still grinning. “Hey, I’m just being honest. She’s got that fresh, new vibe.
