Chapter Eight Josephine When I make my way home, I begin to prepare dinner right away, after everything that happened last night, I don’t want to set off my parents or sister today. So, I try to keep myself quiet and do as I am told. I have the markings on my wrists to show for my disobedience from yesterday when I was mean to Tiffany, she is the daughter of the Alpha’s Gama and, my dad is the Alpha’s Beta but because I don’t get why my wolf won’t let me tell my parents about her. The aura he was giving off felt sinister, making Lily recoil into Jayce's protective body. "What are you?" She asked him. He smiled charmingly at her as he stood up to his full height. He wasn't as tall as the Werewolves, and not quite as slender as Dante, but he was in a class of his own. His black hair spiked, his eyes as dark as an endless void. He wore a black button up with the sleeves rolled up and showed off his own tattoos and black leather pants. "I go by many names, but you may call me Zalakai." He winked at her. Jayce clutched Lily against him.
