"Should I turn off the music or something?" Jennie and I stiffened. I held her firmly against me, squeezing her. Her dress straps had fallen off during the struggle, and her boobs were now exposed. Jennie met my gaze as I pleaded with my eyes, begging her to remain silent. She looked at me, obviously too confused to say anything. She probably didn't know what to do, especially after finding out that her sister's husband had put her in this position. I had watched her grow since she was 16 and now she was 20.

She looked straight at him and asked to the point, " What's your age?" Ferris Kingston looked at her calculating her actions and replied, "29," "29! Uh.... I am 19....29 is such a big age...and old...." Hazel said faking a reaction just to annoy him. Ferris Kingston noticed the mischievous glint in her eyes and gritted his teeth.... Once I get my hands on her I shall tame her so good! Jenny Mckenzie let out a nervous chuckle and so did Diana.

if i stated an age that was older than hers, she might feel insulted, and if i stated an age that was less, then there was a chance that the outcome would be the same still so i decided to compromise. "I'm not sure ma'am." I replied, avoiding her gaze. "I'm 31." She replied quickly as though she had been waiting to answer that question since forever. I wasn't sure what to say in response to that so i simply kept quiet. Ms. Jenny didn't seem to mind filling the silence and for that i was eternally grateful. "I'm 31 years old and in just 31 years, i have managed to become one of the youngest female managing directors in the region, and moreso in a company as prestigous as NNT."

"Really, it's good that we are both of the same age, so both of us will make good friends," Jai Kaur nodded with a red face, seeing his flushing face, Arjun frowned. Aastha Tripathi smiling that Jenny came forward and held her hand "I'm Jennifer Gonsalves," her eyes were twinkling while looking at her. She liked her bubbly character. "You look younger than your age, will you tell the secret of staying young?" Aastha Tripathi grinned and nodded "Obviously, just always be happy and keep laughing, neither wrinkles will appear on your face nor will you see the sign of aging there, your face will always glow as if you are 16 or 17 years old."

They fell into a comfortable silence, enjoying their meal. A few minutes in, Jackson set his utensils down and looked up at Jennie. “So… tell me about your family, relationships. Do you have a boyfriend… or… girlfriend, I guess?” Jennie giggled at his stuttering. She swallowed her food before replying. “I see my family sometimes, but they live an hour away, and I’m usually too busy to visit. As for relationships… um… I haven’t had a significant other in about a year, I guess.”

"Your mother asked me to do this so you're just gonna have to live with it, buddy. Besides, didn't she say if you give me any trouble you won't be going to that concert? So if I were you I'd keep my mouth shut," Vincent smirked and earned a glare from Dennis. "I'm Jennifer and I'm seven," a little girl with blonde hair beamed.

He used the same surname as Casper’s sister and was doted upon by the Synder family. “How old are you, girl?” Casper’s sister felt a little guilty, because Jennifer looked very young. She wondered if her brother was robbing the cradle. Jennifer was a little shocked and could only respond to the last question. “Twenty... four.” Casper’s sister was relieved. “I thought that you’re underaged. Twenty-four years old. You are about six years younger than my brother. No worries, he knows how to love his girlfriend. If he mistreated you, everyone in our family would smack him.”

I rinsed the sponge. Jenny looked at her phone. Then back at me. “So how’s everybody?” “Everybody who?” “Your family.” “Oh.” I smiled. “Good.” “Your daughter has to be…” “Ten.” Her eyes widened. “No.” “Yep.” “Kayla is ten?” “Unfortunately.” She laughed. “Damn. We old.” “You’re old.” “We’re the same age.” “That sounds personal.” She laughed again. Then something occurred to me. Something I hadn’t thought about in a long time.

Paige rubbed her nose softly and looked at the annoyed lady. “So you want me to keep it as a secret for you?” Jennie sighed and pulled open the car door. She did not even bother to open the door for Paige like she always does. Jennie climbed into the car and folded her arms watching as her angry best friend shot deadly glares at her. “I know it must be hard but it is just for two years. I had no option other than that. Candy was pitiful and staring at her on the hospital bed reminded me of my past life ” Paige attempted in coaxing Jennie yet all efforts were poured down the drains.
