In the space between the rooms there were huge wall length mirrors. “Either Bloody Mary lives in them or he’s a narcissist who wanted to constantly look at himself.” I deduce with my hand at my chin. It was honestly kind of creepy. Who has these many mirrors?

To my left, a dedicated space for makeup stood with a vanity table and lights framing the mirror like a halo. Brushes, palettes, and bottles were organized in a sophisticated yet inviting manner. As I turned, my eyes widened at the enormous mattress dominating the center of the room. It was almost twice the size of my sister's bed, promising the best night's sleep imaginable with plush pillows and a luxurious duvet.

Besides, I don't belong here. At the top of the stairs, there's a wide corridor leading off to the rooms. We head down the corridor in the direction of a closed door. He turns the door handle, revealing a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed right in the center. There's an enormous mirror nearly covering the entirety of the wall right across the bed. My face burns at the sight of it. The black accents ground the space stylishly, while the light nuances create a bright and airy ambiance. A set of glass panels with black iron frames reveals the en-suite bathroom. A set of glass doors leads to the balcony. This bedroom is undoubtedly his.
