Novel & Cerita Kevin Nealon Book

“Luna Eloise, you forgot your book.” Her stomach dropped, she turned back hesitantly. Kevin held out the book, the very one she had been searching for. She forced another smile, stepping forward to take it. “Thanks.” She backed away, then turned and hurried down the hall. Kevin remained in place, watching her limp away until she disappeared. Then, his eyes darkened. He reached out to Ainsley, through the Mind link. Ainsley answered immediately. “Ten minutes ago, Luna Eloise entered your study,” Kevin reported. “She said she was looking for a book, but she left in a hurry and even forgot to take it.”

I was just an object in their twisted game. “Still have a chance to walk away, Alvin,” Kevin said, his voice dripping with contempt. “Go back to your pack. Find another Luna. Leena is mine.” Alvin chuckled darkly, his smirk widening. “Oh, Kevin,” he drawled, his voice rich with disdain. “I don’t want just any Luna. I want her. And I always get what I want.” Their words stung, each one a reminder of how little my desires mattered in all of this. I clenched my fists tighter, my nails digging into my palms.

“She has been awfully quiet. She's probably realized that Niccolo would never be hers again.” “She's weird and creepy because I can't imagine doing something so senile,” I said. “Paying someone to photograph me while I kiss my ex and then giving that picture to vlogs to post, implying we have reunited. If that isn't insanity, then I don't know what it is. Anyway, enough about her. How's Kevin doing? It's been a while since I last saw him.” “He's attending a conference in Nevada,” Kimberly replied. “He's really vying to become a lecturer before the year ends.”

What stone could I choose this time? “Honey, where are we going?” He didn’t answer. It was weird. First time he ever ignored me. Ever since Mike and Emily disappeared, Kevin was acting strange. “You saw that Mike and Emily won some awards. Emily won the special prize for her new book. Supposedly, it sold over four hundred million copies worldwide in a brief time. There’s a book launch today.” “Fuck!” he said through gritted teeth. “When is it?” “It says here it starts in an hour.”

Life can throw anything at me and as long as i have him and now our little Rieka by my side, i know i can do anything. ***-THE END-*** Author note Dear Reads. Taniamalloye here.
