Return Of A Sinister

Return Of A Sinister

She thought to herself and kept exploring the book. Next, she came across ‘Kingdom Night’. It was mentioned that like its name, it has never seen the ray of a sun. Throughout days, months and years the kingdom was only possessed by night and light of a moon. There was a lot of history about the kings and queens of Kingdom Night, but nothing about the creatures of that land. It didn’t say anything about the animals or people of that land.

THE KING'S HEALER

THE KING'S HEALER

Roseline had really enjoyed her walk with the princess as she had gotten to see so many important placed of the Kingdom. Indeed, the Gaza Kingdom was one of a kind. It was so big and beautiful and just like the ones she normally saw in her reading book - History of the Greatest Kingdom Ah! The memory made her miss home. This is a decent book. Some parts repeat, sometimes names get mixed up. The thing that got me was you have this whole love story only to have the last 4 paragraphs wrap everything up all nice and neat. The thing I do admire is the friendship between Rosaline and Martha, it's lasting and beautiful.

Maleficus have also informed me of the upcoming full wolf moon to conceive an heir to the throne. Alpha King Vincent is an only pup and it will be better if we can have more children with us. There are only two days left and finally, he will come back with all the warriors who joined him on the journey to the West. I was about to get out of the room when my phone ring. There is only one person who calls me in that number, because I rarely use mobile phone. It is my mother. My hand quickly grab the mobile and put it beside my ear.

Confined To Him

The general briefed as Zackarya faced the hall raising his neck. “I, the King of Dark Spades announced Fated Kingdom to become part of our domain too. The werewolves and humans would live together from now on. Tomorrow we will announce the death of the Queen. I don’t want distractions during my rule.” He hissed the last sentence staring at the General as he shook his head in agreement.

“Just tell me where I am!” “Okay then” he then started look serious as he was preparing to tell something. “This is the other world. The Inhabitants of this Land call this world Beaume. Compared to your original world, it is not as advanced and modern as you might expect. It’s approximately about halfway through what your world calls the medieval age. The Immortal King: Lord of the Dark Realm

The Immortal King: Lord of the Dark Realm

I muttered under my breath, panting. The beasts kept coming, but I was faster now, stronger. Each swing of the sword tore through flesh and bone, the hum of the blade mixing with the chaos around me. And then, through the madness, I saw it. Far off in the distance—standing atop a ridge—was a massive creature, its entire body glowing red like molten metal. Its scales shimmered crimson, and the air around it seemed to warp from sheer heat. Flanked by towering guards, it watched me with cold, intelligent eyes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Man, 'Thy Kingdom Come' is one of those stories that sneaks up on you. At first glance, it seems like a straightforward medieval fantasy, but the deeper you go, the more layers you uncover. The story follows a fallen knight named Alaric who’s stripped of his title after being framed for treason. The kingdom’s in chaos, with a corrupt regent pulling the strings, and Alaric’s only ally is a rogue scholar named Lysandra, who’s got her own secrets. Together, they uncover a prophecy about a 'hollow throne'—a literal empty seat that’s said to judge the worth of any who try to claim it. The climax is wild: Alaric confronts the regent, only to realize the throne itself is a sentient relic that forces him to relive his worst failures. It doesn’t end with a neat victory, either—the kingdom’s still fractured, and Alaric walks away, realizing the system’s too broken to fix. The ambiguity is what stuck with me; it’s rare to see a fantasy story where the hero doesn’t just 'win' by default.

The side characters are where the story really shines, though. Lysandra’s arc about sacrificing her moral code for survival hits hard, and there’s this one scene where she burns her own research to save Alaric that still gives me chills. Even the regent isn’t a cartoon villain—he genuinely believes he’s saving the kingdom from itself. If you’re into grimdark with a philosophical twist, this’ll be your jam.
