I could feel my bones shrinking, then I heard a crack that sent me straight to my knees. Shit, that hurt. “Kira,” I said, slightly in pain. “Let me go.” When I looked up to finally meet her eyes, the Kira I knew was no longer there. Her blue eyes were shining, just like titanium, almost to the point that it was blinding. Her hair was also glistening brighter the sun and she had a smirk on her face, the kind that sent chills down your spine. Who the fuck is this?

She sighed heavily as she flung her head back in frustration “I just….” “I know you don’t trust her or want to and that’s fine, but remember Blue moon isn’t just known for its strong warriors, it’s also known for the mercy we offer where its due, and I feel Zara’s due to be shown mercy at this point” I tried to persuade her softly, just so she could feel a little more at ease with Zara being out there. “Ok, I’ll give her time, but I’ll never fully trust her, even if she does prove she’s not going to do anything”

Lilac approached her and smiled. ‘What is it about them that makes them smile at me?’ she thought. Emily abruptly shook her head. She is aware of the fact that she has already arrived at the Blue Moon pack. As a result, she cannot trust anyone. Lilac pursed her lips and gave her a pitying look. “You look pale,” she said as she sat beside Emily. “But don’t be alarmed; you’re going to be fine. Millie is our pack’s best doctor,” she added, smiling at her.

He started to whine but I also tipped it back, taking three quick gulps. “Denise, that’s Auri. That’s our Luna.” Denise turned back to look at the singer. Auri looked so different. Hardened. She also wore a blindfold in the same color purple as her dress. Her voice was the same though, mind-blowingly beautiful. It reached your soul and made you feel the song. “That’s Auri? I thought…” “Bryan, what the fuck happened?” I grimaced. “I would think it would be the mate bond being broken but I honestly don’t think that was it. Fuck, look at the amount of silver she is wearing. That must hurt like hell.”

I said, and she gave a slow nod before the next response. "I can do the same thing Diane did, but you're going to promise to keep this secret between me and you." She started, and I moved a little closer, eager to hear the secret. "Kira, my friend, is somewhere away from the pack too and I'll have to generate power from her because she's from my bloodline. She's not my sister, but our blood is similar. I can't explain it. But do you understand me?" She asked and I nodded quickly.

Blue hadn’t yet realized she’d been clutching the two sheets of paper like she’d die without it. “She’ll know what to do.” Finally, Blue looked down. Set the envelope back into the box, aware of the fact it had caught her in a trance that made her want nothing else than to protect it—rather like the Horcrux of Slytherin’s necklace… but she hadn’t gotten up to that novel yet. “She’ll just tell me to destroy it…” Blue was mumbling. “You don’t know that.” “She needs Bradley, she hates him but without him, she wouldn’t last a day.” She was her mother’s daughter, she supposed. She had left one man for another. Managed to escape only with the help of her paramour. She couldn’t do squat on her own.

I saw Yanyan, Blue, Red, and Dark behind Mira and Hiro. I smiled at them and held the hands of Jiro and Kiro. "Mommy, let's go! I'm so excited!” Kiro said happily. I smiled and ruffled his hair. I turned my gaze to Black who was also holding one of Kiro's hands. “Okay! Let's go," I said smiling. I saw how Jiro and Kiro jumped for joy so I laughed weakly and so did Yanyan, Blue, Red, Black and Dark.

Tricia rolled her eyes as she said this. What! I came here to confront you both for making out with each other in Malibu, and now you're doing the same thing right in front of me. What do you take me for, Tricia? Tricia, You are my best friend; therefore, I don't understand why you would treat me that way. I persisted in my line of questioning, but neither one of them appeared to feel or show any remorse. We all just waited for her to return from whatever they were discussing. Aimee POV Ash had grabbed me away from the conversation the second she heard Alester’s name. “Aimee, Alester is the reason the last blue moon pair were killed.” She said. “We know what he has planned. Locksy is passed out on the floor, a large chalice resting beside his head along with a small slash of blood. I gaze at my smug bride. "It seems you didn't need my help." She holds up an elegant jeweled bauble with a bright blue stone in the center. It will look lovely hanging at her throat. I also know Locksy has larger, more valuable pieces. The arrogance in my bride's eyes tells me so much and pride envelops me. She has the undeniable heart of a dragon. She has chosen her first treasure because the blue stone calls to her soul.
