He looked at me like he was about to say something that I'd really love, or hate. He came in slowly, and planted a deliberate kiss onto my check. My heart beat was racing very fast. "That is the last time that will ever happen." He pulled his sweatpants back into place. And walked to the door. His bare feet made no sound now. Or maybe...I didn't hear anything at all. He paused with his hand on the knob. He looked back once. His eyes looked black and completely sure. "This was the last time I'm ever going to touch you."

“Again.” I reached up, touching his face, memorizing the warmth of his skin and the way his dark eyes burned into mine. “I have no option, even if I want to be here. Here with you,” I whispered. Edward inhaled sharply, his control slipping just for a second, and then I kissed him. It wasn’t desperate. It wasn’t rushed. It was slow, aching, a goodbye sealed with trembling lips and unsaid words. And when I pulled away, I knew it was the last time I ever would.

" So...you like it here?'' Adam asked after his first sip. Riley smiled a little " i always love it here" she said "if i remember correctly, i was sitted over there the first day we met" she used her eyes to lead him to a part of the restaurant. “You can kiss me more when you return.” I took one last long, greedy breath with my lips pressed to Fiona’s neck, taking in her fragrance and pheromones direct from the source like an addict desperate for one last hit. Then we traded “I love you”s and kissed one last time, and then one last time she told me “go,” and I went.

The world around me shattered into nothing but him and the unbearable silence creeping in between his words. “I love you,” I whispered, my forehead pressing against his. “Please don’t leave me.” A weak, almost imperceptible smile ghosted his lips. “And I… love you.” My heart clenched, cracked, and split apart as he whispered the next words. “Kiss… me… one last time.” A sob wrenched from my throat. I leaned down, my lips pressing against his, my tears mingling with the blood on his skin. It was soft. Fragile. A desperate, broken attempt to hold onto him. To keep him here. To make him stay.
