Howl for Justice

Howl for Justice

Oblivious to the upheaval about to occur in one of its most esteemed law firms. I think of Lila, her small frame darting between offices, securing files and passwords, marking herself with the scent of urgency. She plays a dangerous game, but she plays it well. Her loyalty to me is absolute, an extension of the fierce loyalty I've nurtured in her. I know she will act decisively, positioning us for victory while Derek remains ignorant of the coup taking place around him.

Revenge For My Alpha: Sequel of Fated To The Alpha Twins

Revenge For My Alpha: Sequel of Fated To The Alpha Twins

Lena and Maya dropped beside her, pulling her into a fierce hug. “Thank you,” Lily sobbed into Lena’s shoulder. “Thank you for stopping me. I wanted to hit him so bad. I—I just—” “I know,” Lena murmured, stroking her hair. “But that would have only given him more ammunition. You did the right thing.” Behind them, the metallic rattle of the cell door being unlocked snapped everyone’s attention to the other side of the room. Their lawyer—a man in a perfectly tailored dark suit, his hair slicked back—stepped inside, a thick folder in his hand.

Lie

Lie

He stood behind me, his hands extended to show me two watches. "Which is better?" My brow moved up in question, as I spun to face him. I looked between the two, pointing to the solid yellow gold one. He lifted it, strapping it on. "I called to make sure the restaurant was guarded, the only thing I wasn't guaranteed is the entrance." Triston sighed, "I could get you in through the back- but what so wrong with a photo or two?" My eyes moved up to him, "Being on the news and overcasting someone's wedding is not on my plans for today." Triston rolled his eyes, "Honestly, that would be rude of me-"

Her Return, His Regret

Her Return, His Regret

Her phone slipped from her fingers. Her heart pounded violently. Lilian… Everything she had buried. Every lie. Every crime. All clawing its way back to the surface. “If Ethan finds out…” she whispered, panic tightening her throat. If he learns what she did to Lilian… Her life wouldn’t just be ruined. It would be destroyed. ⭐ A LAWSON’S INTEREST Alexandra Lawson leaned back in his chair, eyes fixed on the screen. A slow smile curved his lips. “So that’s you,” he murmured.

Legally Bound

Legally Bound

Finally, with a voice that was low, controlled, and terrifyingly steady, he said: “Lion… is the defendant.” Lily’s lips parted in shock. Gillian actually gasped. Wilson’s head jerked back. “The defendant? The defendant?” Alex nodded once. “The threats… the surveillance routes… the timing… the desperation. It all fits.” The calmness in his voice was more frightening than anger. Lily felt her chest squeeze, not from fear for herself, but from how much this man cared. How deeply he was willing to fight for her. How much he was willing to burn down to protect her.

Her Halo Was My Money

Her Halo Was My Money

"Clara! Clara Quinton! You can't do this! I was there for you—how can you betray me?" Didn't matter how loud she got. The law wasn't picking sides today. Bobby and Whitney weren't slipping through, either. The cops wrapped up fast, and I handed over every last piece of proof. Lillian ended up nailed for illegal detention, embezzlement, and a bunch of other charges. Seven years, no bail, and the cops cleaned out every cent of her dirty money. Bobby and Whitney? Accomplices. Three years each. No surprise there. Liam got off easy—too young to charge, even though he knew and kept quiet. But with his whole safety net behind bars, he was losing it.

VELVET CONTROL

VELVET CONTROL

Gallagher, I hope this message reaches you in good spirits. My name is Catriona Agreste, and I am a newly admitted attorney working in corporate strategy. Your legal thrillers have become an absolute lifeline for me during long, grueling nights preparing briefs and navigating the complicated power dynamics of high-stakes environments. The way you portray the emotional and professional toll on women who dare to challenge entrenched systems is breathtakingly authentic and deeply resonant.

The Billionaire’s Bought Bride

The Billionaire’s Bought Bride

"They knew that if they could paint you as the villain, they could kill two birds with one stone. They ruin the engagement, they force a hostile takeover by the board, and they eliminate you as a threat. And as for me? I’ll be painted as the man who was blinded by love, the man who let a spy into the heart of the Vallocchi kingdom." Lily walked to the window, peering through the slats of the blind. The city lights were distant, indifferent to the fact that her life had been systematically erased and replaced with a crime she hadn't committed. She wasn't just a woman in hiding anymore; she was a criminal. "We have to go to the police," she said, though she knew how foolish it sounded. "We hav

Spoiled by Mr. Russell

Spoiled by Mr. Russell

He looked at Lily and said, “Where did you find such an unprofessional lawyer? I think he is a fake and doesn’t understand anything! He doesn’t know what’s good for you. You have no chance of winning in court. My offer is the best thing for you now!” “Is that so? Should I be thankful?” Lily sneered at Nathaniel and introduced James, “He is Rebirth’s professional consultant and lawyer. Do you honestly think he’s a fake? What about you? You are a pathetic man who only knows how to steal others’ achievements and take them as his own!” “How dare you?!” Nate’s patience was wearing thin after Lily retorted to him like that. Feeling embarrassed, he said, “Lily, you have gone too far!”

How many chapters will this book have I have already spent $40.00 and that could have bought a whole novel. The book is good but it doesn’t need to carry on forever!!! What is the last chapter? I wouldn’t have started reading it had I known it wasn’t complete. This disappoints me greatly!!!

I would like to give my opinion on when his eyes open…… the book is great to read, but I feel like I pay to read that’s okay, but now it’s like the chapters is getting shorter, I don’t want to start on another story when I did not finish the first one. Please let me finish reading this book.

This end is terrible. I strongly believe there is a volume 2 or part 2. I refuse to be left hanging and thinking of a million ways the whole thing played out. Patiently waiting for volume 2............
