The book finishes with the hope that they stayed a couple, happily, without death and grief. With confidence in life for oneself. With words that change the frame of mind daily, like letters. With hope—stars sharp, not dull. There was joy and everlasting peace, which could be felt and adored not by one, but by both. They ignited the ray of hope that if, by conviction, one can live long, then why can't one live forever with the same inspiration in motion? Thank you!

Tears filled my eyes, but I did not let them fall. “It is fine, Mrs. Cardea. I should not have been in the way.” Daniel walked over and lifted my arm to look at the red skin. He frowned, but not out of concern. “What a shame. Her skin is damaged. It will not feel the same anymore.” He turned to Morgan with a helpless smile. “Mom, use cold water next time. And this rug came from overseas. It is very hard to clean.” In that moment, something inside me broke. It was not dignity, because that had disappeared long ago. It was the last small piece of hope I held for this world.

In a way, they were the legacy their author's thoughts, preserving ideas that would otherwise be as fleeting as the song of a bird. If one could savour every page, could see the joy of every moment rather than hang your emotions on the last page, then you were a real reader. For life was the "in-between," it was all the emotions, the good and the bad. Luna approached. Writing appeared, only one sentence. She read it aloud. "Nothing remains inherited forever." Darius came beside her. "That sounds suspiciously like an ending."

"Rosalia, I was wrong… Please come back." Just then, a wave carried a drifting bottle onto the beach. Inside was a yellowed piece of paper containing my neat handwriting. "Jared, by the time you read this, I will be gone for good. Not just gone, but never existed at all. The system gave me seven days. I could have fixed everything, but what you did was enough to make me give up. Farewell. I hope you and Melody find happiness."

But now, she was running toward me, to meet me, to see me. So, it made me clear at the beginning that our destiny wouldn’t be the same as before. ‘This time, I won’t lose her.
