"Take them out!" Jemma shouted to his children: Cerberus, the three-headed hellhound, the many-headed Lernean Hydra, and Chimera. "Shit!" Jemma huffed as Cerberus was overwhelmed by Mr. Jordan. Blue Fireballs rushed at his right hand, but the wind carried thick smoke, blocking his vision. Jemma was nervous about whether his defenses were down or not. While there was a chance to move, Jay clawed at the viper ensnaring him. He then grabbed the thing silently. Unsure of what he would do, Jay's mind was already clouded.

All of a sudden, everyone was quiet and staring at Jay. Luthfi took Jay to the emergency stairs. "Why did you bring me here? What's wrong with me?"asked Jay. "What did you see on that phone during the meeting?"Luffy is upset. "No," Jay replied, hiding his phone. Luffy took his breath away. "Please don't be childish. "I'm glad you're the owner," Luthfi said. "That's why I have Jay Entertainment, I like it," Jay replied while tidying up his clothes.

Nicole's exclaims interrupting Jay. "I hope not too. But hope alone is not enough, we need to find her before he murders her coldly just like he did Drake. That is the reason we're here, we're here because we need help. We can't fight him/her on our own, in fact we don't even have the slightest idea if he has other people that are working for him. So, we need to be prepared to fight for those we love and Jasper is here to prepare us for the battle. Jasper is a cool and nice guy but he can be really crazy most times. I don't know if you guys are ready to cooperate and work with him" Jay says glancing back and forth from Nicole to Brad.

All it took was the last fiber of his humanity to not shift completely. "Oh, it's not my nerves. It's her's." He reached into his pocket, making him tense up when he saw a rolled up paper come back out of it. Jasper unfurled the paper, turning it so Jayce and Damion could see. Jayce's eyes widened as the picture he revealed was of Lily sleeping in her old room in his home. Jayce charged at him without thinking, his primal instincts taking over as he swiped at the man. His body faded into a mist, his face swaying in and out of existence, a devilish smirk on his lips.

He says making my head fully snap to him. "So it's you." I say looking at his face my eyes roaming down to his waist pretending to asses him. "Why did you kill Leonardo and his parents?" I ask aiming my gun at him. "Oh, the brat's on you. A life for a life." He says and my heart drops but at the same time I get madder. "Now do as I say before your boy toy gets killed as you watch." He says and I notice Jayden being dragged by the man who got out of the car. Jayden's a good fighter. It's two against two. What could go wrong?

Jada stomped her feet on the wooden floor, “You already know how this is going to end. They are going to kill those little kids. You know Niko doesn’t leave a witness behind.” “What?” I snapped out of my thoughts and turned to Jada, “What did you just say?” Jada bit her lower lip, “Yeah, Niko is his Father’s official executioner. Niko and his gang.” I hadn’t interfered in Melvin and Jada’s conversation since they started exchanging words because I was trying to wrap my head around what Melvin had said and figured out where he said the girl was. An abandoned storey house at the south side of my pack? Then it struck me moments later, it was the abandoned Gilbert house!

But reality was never so simple. Desperate to shift his focus, I gently tilted his chin. "Hey, since it's the weekend, how about we go shopping today?" Jace blinked up at me. "Really?" I nodded, tapping his nose lightly. "And you can pick out any Lego set you want. Even the big ones." A grin spread across his face instantly, lighting up his features. "Yay! I want the Ninjago one! And the car garage too!" Laughing softly, I lifted him off my lap. "Then let's get ready for breakfast. Come on, champ."

"No, their first target will still be our Mate. Protecting you will remain our top priority." I glare at him. "I'm a barely-ranked Proselyte. Jayan is a Salazar, a dragon, and a highly-ranked threat with a temporary handicap. He's a far bigger prize. Enemies will want to take advantage of his inability to shift while they can. If any of you care about me, then hear me, I'm telling you: watch Jayan's back." Jay stops tugging at his neck brace and smiles like he thinks I'm being adorable. "Look, I fucking love that my mate is worried about me, but you have nothing to worry about. I've made it through tons of combat classes without shifting. It'll be fine."

Malcolm glanced at them coldly, then scoffed and finally took his position next to Liam without another word. Liam stepped forward calmly, an air of authority so formidable about him that it felt as though he could move mountains, and said, staring sharply at Jay. "Do you still think I have no right to capture you now, Jay?" Jay could not hear anything except a loud ringing in his ear, but he shuddered and immediately fell to his knees. He looked at Liam with a look of sheer terror as he stuttered, "Sir… Please forgive me for my naivety…"

He was fighting against the idea of going back to the Lupercalia festival and waiting another year to become a Beta and slowly losing this fight. He couldn’t give up, not yet, and almost like the Moon Goddess was smiling at him, he found the Stag again, already exhausted from running. It stood with its tail to him, its big antlers stood high in the night light, and Jayden hid again, positioning himself for the killer move. This time, he was quicker, unwilling to let any loser beat him to the game, but still yet he was too fast and landed right in front of the Stag. It turned to run, but Jayden was quick enough to lock his jaws tight on its neck.
