Clara's Mystery

Clara's Mystery

But yoga can help control and relax the mind, ridding oneself of doubts, insecurities, and concerns. One of their security training officers was a certified Yoga Instructor, so Clara and Mr. Wong need not look too far to get started on this program. The instructor had been bugging Mr. Wong for a long time to have a yoga class, but he never gave him the time of day, saying Clara would have to be consulted every time he broached the subject. And since she never heard this subject from Mr. Wong, it just indicated that he was reluctant to have this class. But since it was now Clara’s idea, he could not say no. So far, she had not led him astray when it came to handling the business, so he truste

Shameless plug here from your author. I hope follow Clara's adventures as she struggles to find her real parents and maybe the love of her life. Don't hesitate to leave me any comments, and don't forget to add this book to your library. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I really love this book! I love the chemistry between Sebastian and Clara, as well as how clara thinks and the fact that he is one of those women who say no to oppression and stand up for herself. Looking forward to continue reading the next chapters

My Death Contract

My Death Contract

' There was an upstairs and another class at the front of the building that Meredith assumed must be 'Advanced Yoga. Meredith followed behind Taylor and they found spots to set up their mats in the back of the room. They looked around and just copied what everyone else was doing. They noticed there were a few others also looking around and mimicking others. The yoga instructor entered the room and introduced herself as Shannon. Next she introduced yoga briefly. According to Shannon, her small introduction to yoga, was that it was a core strengthener, it toned and built muscle, it was a stress reliever, and it focused on the breath.

Touch Me, Daddy

Touch Me, Daddy

"Five..." "Four..." "Three..." "Two..." I push up on my hands and feet, bending slowly into downward dog on my yoga mat. My phone is propped against the coffee table. The throaty, strict woman on my app yells again. "Don't pass up a chance to breathe! And hooooollllldddd. Very important!" Oh, screw you, Grandma. Soft, quiet music floats from the speakers, and a ridiculously bendy person demonstrates on the screen.

Dangerous Pleasures

Dangerous Pleasures

"Alright, now spin around." "Yes, madam director," Malena joked, slowly turning to give us all a chance to look at her legs and pert little ass clad in the skin-tight white fabric. Malena was a smaller girl than Alanna, her athleticism more graceful instead of powerful; if she wasn't training for their Rugby team, Malena was doing yoga or tai chi in our little backyard. Her body was bikini-ready, with slim hips and sleek legs that met in a small but what I considered fantastic ass - the yoga pants she was wearing showing off the diamond gap below her crotch and between her thighs.

The Unwanted Wife and Her Secret Twins

The Unwanted Wife and Her Secret Twins

"That's not a very good deal. Terrible medicine that only might work." "No," Kyle agreed. "It's not a very good deal." Dr. Norbu clapped his hands once. Softly. "Excellent philosophy lesson. But now we must return to the body. Mrs. Williams, you will join us for the closing sequence?" "I really don't do yoga." "You do not have to 'do' yoga. You only have to breathe and move. This is something all humans do already. I am simply asking you to do it with more attention." "Mama, please?" Alexander's voice was small. "Just try? For like five minutes?"

Appreciation to authors writing. it is easy to visualize things while reading. I love reading this book. Mia is an inspiration except for the fact that she is using Thomas. My fav characters are Mia, Kyle, Sarah(Mia's mom), Nate, Scarlett, Katherine(Kyle's mom), Alexander, Ethan and Morton.

great story. thomas lied cause he was jealous while kyle lied cause he wanted to protect her. she clearly loves kyle even though she doesn't admit it and is only with thomas since he gives a sence of security/love to her and kids. i hope kyle and mia clear their misunderstandings and end up together

The Wolf of Destiny

The Wolf of Destiny

Lucy said with a smile “We are going to literally learn what it is like to feel magic from the ground up. Shoes and socks off ladies. Stand up.” Everyone did as Lucy instructed then stood in the kitchen barefoot facing each other. “Have any of you done yoga before?” she asked. Both the other women nodded. “Okay we are going to start a bit like that. Feet apart to give you a bit of balance, hands on your hips and close your eyes. Take deep breaths in, from as deep as you can. When you take a breath in I want you to picture strings of energy coming from the ground to reach your feet, then with each breath, picture the energy being pulled up through your feet and into your legs. Begin”

I Became a Villainess Werewolf In My Own Novel

I Became a Villainess Werewolf In My Own Novel

I couldn't help but sigh, instead of continuing to toss my brain like this, wouldn't it be better to focus on something that is nothing? At this moment, Leslie was spreading her two long legs into a single line - a very beautiful "leg splitting" movement, she leaned her body forward and pressed it against the ground, and her arms were stretched out and casually placed at her sides. Leslie's eyes were closed and she was motionless, so I thought I was hearing things, so I didn't answer her. Only when Leslie suddenly opened her eyes to look at me after a while, and after she asked the question she just asked again, did I hastily shake my head, "No." A roughneck like me will probably never bond

VELVET INFERNO: WHERE PLEASURE SCORCHES

VELVET INFERNO: WHERE PLEASURE SCORCHES

“You’re holding tightness in your hips again. From sitting all day?” “Probably.” Her voice was muffled against the mat. “I’ve been trying the sequences you gave me at home, but it’s not the same.” “Because you rush them.” He crouched beside her, one hand resting lightly on her sacrum. The warmth of his palm seeped through her thin leggings. “Yoga isn’t a checklist. It’s listening. Feeling where your body wants to open… or resist.”

“Then who actually cares about the rest? Your uptight mom and the baseball moms and the internet stalkers. So, let’s just do what we do while it makes us happy.” “Hell yes.” Sidney’s smile was fierce on her face, but it wavered behind her lips. The yoga teacher moved through the mats, calf muscles rippling as he unrolled each footstep silently along the floor. He steepled his fingers as he perched on the small podium at the front of the studio. Entrancing, gentle music floated through the air. The studio fell silent except for the growing swell of synchronized breathing. Sidney closed her eyes, surrendering to her practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Library yoga is a unique way to blend the tranquility of reading spaces with the physical and mental benefits of yoga. It typically involves gentle yoga sessions held in libraries, where participants can enjoy a peaceful environment surrounded by books. The practice often focuses on mindfulness and relaxation, making it perfect for book lovers who want to unwind.

Sessions usually include basic poses like seated stretches, forward folds, and breathing exercises that don’t require much space or equipment. Some libraries even incorporate themes from literature, like 'Harry Potter' or 'Alice in Wonderland,' to make the experience more immersive. The idea is to create a calming atmosphere where people can connect with their bodies and minds while being inspired by the literary surroundings. It’s a fantastic way to combine two therapeutic activities—reading and yoga—into one soothing experience.
