It Should Have Been Like This

It Should Have Been Like This

The faint scent of sweet peas lingered in the air from the diffuser on the nightstand, mingling with the faint aroma of vanilla shampoo from Savia and Serenity's braiding session. Lilith sprawled on her stomach on the other end of the bed, her dyed pink hair spilling over her shoulders as she kicked her legs lazily in the air. Her electric blue eyes gleamed with mischief as she rambled on and on about her latest escapade in the digital world.

Red Rose

Red Rose

"I don't want the grape vines to die." I pitied these vines, which seemed worthless to outsiders. I pitied myself too, who seemed worthless to outsiders. At midnight, Kash sent me home. I stood in the yard for a long time. There were many flowers planted here, almost all of which Jeffrey liked. I picked these flowers in turn and packed them. The tulip was planted after Jeffrey saw the wonderful colors it had. The Daisy, representing purity and love, was brought back by Jeffrey after watching a ballet performance. The Sunflower, with its vitality, was given by Jeffrey when he went to the amusement park.

Troubled Heart

Troubled Heart

Lilac’s voice, soft as falling snow, gently joined the music, singing the lyrics barely above a whisper. “Her eyes like midnight glow, they steal the moonlight’s fame. Each step she takes, oh darlin’, just whispers out my name.” Her voice was sweet. She was hesitant at first but gained confidence as she sang softly along. I peeked upward, noticing Makayla’s eyes widening in surprise, her heart fluttering in reaction to Lilac’s unexpected singing. Lilac remained completely unaware of her audience, lost in the song. “She’s a melody unsung, a tune I long to play. And in her arms, I’m home, no matter

Bryant truly is such a gifted writer. This is another great story that is absolutely worth a read! Loved the characters/their personalities and the differences they brought to the table that balanced each other out beautifully. As always author - job well done! Cant wait for more from you :)

Great read. As always, Author Bryant keeps you on the edge of your seat. Just enough spice to be spicy but not too much. I love that everything Bryant puts in her books has a purpose. There isn’t a spicy scene just to have one. Everything builds for the storyline and characters. Another 5 star.

Demon Law : Lost Isle Book 1

Demon Law : Lost Isle Book 1

Letting every muscle and scent breathe with her particular botanical blend. Lilac, lavender, or some other herb that’s as sweet as it is wild. I never really could define it, any more than I could the girl that somehow translated the world for me. Maybe I’ll start showering early, instead of waiting to the very last blink. No, I won’t wake up pulses before the suns, like Aya. I know she’s already as at school preparing for the test, that will change our lives. Still, maybe I won’t wait to use it until I’m half dead.

The Alpha’s Forbidden Luna

The Alpha’s Forbidden Luna

Or just native to the Lycan realm? I decided not to dwell on that for long, instead, I took a few steps forward and crouched beside a cluster of pale-blue blossoms that glimmered faintly. “Okay, Pearl,” I said, touching one gently. “This one is called Moonlace Hydrangea.” Pearl leaned closer, eyes wide. “It’s shiny.”

Rejected By the Alpha, Claimed By the Feral

Rejected By the Alpha, Claimed By the Feral

"His face was so red." The memory should have been satisfying. It was, in a way. But it also highlighted the problem, Erin needed her parents to fight her battles because she couldn't shift. She couldn’t challenge anyone herself or prove her strength the way the pack understood it. "Eat your eggs, Lily." Cassandra pushed a plate toward her youngest. "You'll need the energy if you're weaving flower garlands all afternoon." "I'm thinking white roses and silverleaf," Lily said, immediately distracted. "Maybe some moonflowers if we can find any. Wait, those purple ones that grow by the stream, what are they called?

Archer Legacy Prophecy

Archer Legacy Prophecy

Until she witnessed an exchange between them herself, she was not going to encourage her dear friend. Seraphina replenished her sleeping draughts and herbal tonics. She had told her that the flowers that were needed were called Lilies Of Celeste. Lily Of Celeste was a magical plant that can heal the rarest of ailments. The problem was that it bloomed during the moonlight in the Crystalline Forest. It was a two month journey there and back. Lady Crystobelle told Calyx that Dante and his men would accompany Seraphina to retrieve the plants. Calyx promised to return a month before the dark season.

Mated to My Intended's Enemy

Mated to My Intended's Enemy

"These say peace." "They also say funeral," Lilith countered with an arched eyebrow. I laughed, feeling the tension in my shoulders ease slightly. "What about a mix? The lilies for strength, the roses for healing, and—" I reached for sprays of purple lavender, "—these for calm." "Perfect compromise, Alpha," Lilith said with an exaggerated bow that made Emma snort.

The Devil's Pair (The Road Devils Motorcycle Club 4)

The Devil's Pair (The Road Devils Motorcycle Club 4)

And looked. The pink lily across her back was lush and vibrant; she could almost catch the scent of its delicate petals as they unfurled. The leaves were a cool, dark green, the pollen was a warm gold. She looked hard, she really searched, but that ugly word that Gideon had inked into her back was hidden, it was gone, replaced by something breathtakingly lovely. Zoe had so cleverly used the lines and curves of those awful four letters to draw the petals and the leaves, and somehow she had completely covered over, erased, destroyed the word.

LENA

LENA

Lena's POV. I hummed a sweet, melodious tune as I walked down from the market with a bag of groceries in my hand. I couldn't get his voice out of my mind. I was excited. Too excited. He promised to marry me, he promised to make me his Luna. And even as I silently flung open the door, I could hear his voice in my head. Literally. “Yes! oh god! Yes! Come on, fuck the shit out of me” a loud moan snapped me out of my head. I froze looking straight ahead at the couch.
