I stared at Lilian one more time before putting the car in reverse and speeding out of the manor. "Dr. Taylor..." I nodded at the elderly doctor whose office was crowded by us. "We need your help." I carried Lilian forward and placed her on the table. Dr. Taylor's expression was passive as she gave Lilian a once-over before standing up from her seat. Dr. Taylor was a supernatural doctor that worked in the human world. I had saved her life quite a few times and she swore her undying loyalty to me.
