Lock Up Book Novels & Stories

My lips curled into a sad small smile, I had only gone to bury my locket that day but I got cured. “That’s how I know I’m not imagining this. I have proof though.” I stretched the book I had taken from the pack archives to them. “Here,” I said, holding it out for them to see. “This will tell you everything.” Jack stepped closer to me before taking it. His fingers brushed mine briefly, but his expression remained guarded as he flipped through the pages.

Star reached into her large handbag and pulled out the heavy leather-bound book. Dropping it on the table, she smirked in satisfaction when small particles of dust lifted from the surface, “This book contains every detail my father has collected on the Lockwood pack over the past ten years, it has everything from maps of the territory to patrol routines.” Stone’s greedy gaze fell on the book, but something in his gaze told her he wasn’t going to make it easy. “If your father had so much information on the pack, why did he never attack?” Stone’s eyes narrowed.

The locket opened easily. He saw the mechanics on how to open the locket. He tries to open and close the locket and he finds it easier to find the mechanic to open the locket. Upon checking and trying to open the locket a few times, he noticed something inside the locket. He took a closer look. He was shocked to see a microchip inside the locket. He almost dropped the locket. He was so excited that he almost forgot to control himself from shouting. He immediately put the books back from where he took them.

"Help! My baby's about to be born! Please, I'm begging you, help me get to the hospital…" Every time my hand hit the scalding metal door, it made a sizzling sound and smoke rose from my skin. My hands became raw and mangled before someone finally responded from outside in an irritated voice. "Quit making noise! Mr. Langford already took Ms. Thornton upstairs to rest. If you disturb them, he'll kill you! "He had your birth canal sewn shut and locked you in the sauna to stop you from giving birth. Stop trying to make your son the family's eldest grandson!"

I couldn't. I had forgotten the feel of her fur agaunst my skin, the thrill of running under the moon light. The freedom in it. I had to wake her up. When the guards exchanged shifts later that night,a small book slid under the cell door. It was old and cracked. I froze. Who could it have come from? What was inside it? I crawled my way to the small book, picked it up.The book was titled blood and moon.awakening the dormant wolf. This was an ancient teaching about dormant and weak wolves.

I'm on the last bookcase just as it's starting to get dark. When I try to pull the books off the bottom shelf, one book seems stuck, but I can't tell why. It's not oversized or wedged into the shelf or anything. I pull hard but it doesn't budge. Bending down I realize it's a fake book that when all the other books have been removed it slides to the side, opening an access panel. Behind the access panel is a combination lock. I jump up, get the other slip of paper and after several tries of left and right combinations I open the lock. Inside is a small device that looks like an IPOD with ear buds attached to it. It has a small LCD screen and a thumb wheel with a button in the middle of it. I

Or was it? The book I took had an old brownish cover. It seemed dusty and ancient. But surprisingly, it was locked. With a padlock and it seemed like it needed a key. “It’s locked, Lady Archer.” “Yes dear, it is.” “For now, though. It’s left to you to open it; I’ve played my part.” “But I don’t have the key. How do I unlock it?” I asked frightfully. What if the answer to everything was inside the book? What if I never open it?

My fingers hovered over spines until I found what I wanted: a thick book bound in dark leather, the title stamped in faded gold. WOLF TRADITIONS & BONDS: A GUIDE FOR COUNCIL AND HOUSEHOLDS I lifted it off the shelf and stared at it for a full five seconds, because no part of me enjoyed the fact that this existed like it was a homeowner’s association handbook. I set it on the table and opened it. The first page had a handwritten warning in neat block script: THIS TEXT IS FOR PACK USE. DO NOT REMOVE FROM LIBRARY. Beneath it, someone had scribbled, smaller:

Charlatans! The back room was large. He searched, until he found the book, he searched for. The book was massive, covered in a thick layer of dust. The cover was locked with a handle that was shaped like a figure with elongated arms, he forced the lock. Nothing happened, he wasn't losing hope. With one movement of his hand, he removed the layer of dust.

I grabbed some of her clothes bringing them closer to my nose as I inhaled her lovely scent. I coughed lightly returning the clothes to their place while I cleaned the tears welling up in my eyes with the back of my hand. I was about to close the room when a book fell on my foot. "Ow!" I grimaced as my eyes darted to the hardcover book that looks like a diary. Feeling so curious I picked up the book which had a hardcover. "It's locked!" I muttered surprisingly to myself checking out the brown-covered dairy, with a small lock and a little pocket attached to its side, it seems it has a key.
