Menceritakan sebuah kisah tentang hidup ini tidak luput dari keputusasaan, luka bahkan hal yang paling ditakuti yaitu kematian dan tragedi. Brian McDonnie seorang dokter bedah disebuah rumah sakit ternama di kota Domino yang frustasi karena tidak bisa menyelamatkan cintanya akan kah dia bisa mengatasi masalahnya dan membuka lembaran takdir?
