Luciana's mother, before she had passed away, had defied her father's orders and taught her how to swim. she felt a sense of pride as she approached the shimmering surface of the river, knowing that she could escape her pursuers. But her relief was short-lived.

I looked up from the floor and saw the beautiful brunette from the pictures. "Luna, this is Channing. She has just joined the pack," Allen announced. I saw her nod, then they both kinda zoned out. Probably mind linking. She gasped and quickly kneeled down to me. "What are you doing Lainee?" I heard a muffled voice in the room question. Luna, or Lainee stood up. "I'm kneeling before a warrior wolf. The Alpha of the Black Moon Warriors," she replied awestruck. Before I could even say anything a girl with black hair like Allen's popped out of the room looked at me before bowing like her Luna.

Lana fell into the swimming pool with a splash, stirring up layers of waves. She knew how to swim, but because she had been shoved into the water for so long by Madeline just now, she accidentally swallowed a lot of water. She had also expended a lot of energy during her struggles. She did not have much energy left to swim. While she was trying to get out of the pool, she was violently pulled by Madeline on her collar. Before Lana could catch her breath, her breathing was restricted once more.

Her arms flailed as she tried to reach back for the pool rails and get herself out of the pool but her struggle was in vain.

Then there was Layla, who wore a tank top and shorts. "I'm hungry." Lana said and Piper laughed. "You ate five minutes ago." She told her and Lana crossed her arms over her chest.
