“And he’s doing it well.” Roberto’s gaze sharpened. “I’ve got to hand it to Luca. Don Riccardo has taught him well as well as your great grandfather.” He said in a low and blunt voice. “Luca’s telling you that when he inherited the empire, he continued building it with contingencies you don’t even see yet.” Dominic’s jaw tightened. “Yes.” He said tightly. “It likely seems so.”

At that point, hydration wasn’t worth the trauma.
