He started while stretching the back of his head. My eyes widened when he started talking about magic and spells, so I turned to him and asked, "How do you know she knew spells and magic?" I asked him to extract as much information as I could.

There were many interesting details in it that did not fully add up to paint the picture that I needed. Two places had traces of his magical essence. Magical essence was the calling card which showed the specific DNA of his magic and was just as unique as his actual DNA was. The power that he collected simply enhanced the magical essence instead of altering it. It was the same way that Dominique’s was specific to her as well. A fingerprint of the essence was left behind whenever someone used their magic.

As Nomar said this, he smiled at how his words seemed to jolt Alexander from his reverie. Alexander was startled. He raised his head up from the floor and looked around. This was no play. This person meant his words. He meant for him to rise up like a man. Suddenly, Alexander started to believe that magic still existed.
