Strings of Fate

Strings of Fate

They sound kind of familiar, definitely not the kind of magic I usually use so I’ll have to look it up. “I have a couple ideas about what it could be. Let me double check something.” I approach my secure storage and unlock it with my assigned magical phrase and a dose of my personal magic. It’s a lock that no one can open but me, even if they know the password they would need my magical signature and that’s pretty much impossible to replicate. To copy someone’s magical signature you need to know and understand it. To do that you have to basically have a perfect understanding of a person, of what makes them who they are. It’s very rare that someone manages something like that and usually if y

I am absolutely in love with this story! It is extremely well written, very detailed and a interesting storyline. I am in love with the characters with there heart to heart conversations, playful banter, and the amazing group chat. (I laugh evertime I read the chat). Definitely recommend!

This is one of the best stories I've read in ages! It's got the slow-roll romance, but there's lots of other aspects to this that keep it from stagnating. Also, the dynamic between a dominant alpha who's completely clingy and a dominant woman who's used to being a loner is very amusing.

Married to the disabled Alpha : his antidote

“When the bond is severed, the magic flies—never gone, always seeking. Scatters. Not destroyed. It ensured the power didn’t die with Theodore, or with the bond. It went somewhere. Discovered something — or someone — fresh. I sat back, heart racing. This wasn’t over. --- Next morning I encountered Perrin in the practice yard. And he was practicing with the younger wolves, sweat forming on his forehead, eyes focused. “Can we talk?” I asked. He sent all the rest away and accompanied me to the edge of the field. “The magic disappeared,” I added, in a low voice. “It moved.” He stiffened. “You’re sure?” “Not completely. But there is a pattern in the old texts. When magic of that sort shatters, it

or because I wanted to be the one she looked at when everything finally made sense. I knew the second I stepped into the war room that this wasn’t going to be a friendly discussion. They called it a “magical theory roundtable,” but nothing about the setup felt academic. It was held in the north tower, one of the only rooms in the university still protected by ancient wards strong enough to suppress even uncontrolled elemental magic. The air buzzed with quiet tension, and the lineup of chairs looked more like a tribunal than a faculty meeting. Which, in hindsight, was probably the point.

Bound To The Cruel Alphas (SPICY)

The low conversations faded. “Today,” he said, placing a stack of thin books on his desk “we continue with what I call channeled intention. Last session was theory. Today you will begin to feel what that theory actually means.” He turned to the board and wrote three words: Source. Channel. Release. “Every magical act you perform,” he continued, “whether it is something small like a warming charm or something that lasts a century, comes down to these three things. Nothing else. Everything complicated you’ve seen is just a variation of this sequence.”

The Healer and The Beast

The Healer and The Beast

"I have been careful. I have not overused my abilities or done anything reckless." "Sometimes these things happen without a clear cause," Dr. Ashford said gently. "Magic can be unpredictable, especially when it interacts with other supernatural forces." "Other forces?" My vision blurred as panic clawed its way up from my stomach. "What other forces?" "The mate bond, the curse affecting His Majesty, even the emotional stress you have been under—all of these could contribute to magical instability." "But I am a healer," I said, my voice rising with each word. "That is who I am. That is all I have ever been. How can you tell me I might lose the very thing that defines me?"

"And this troubles you?" "Yes. No. I don’t know." Nathan dragged a hand through his hair. "It’s not just the bond. It’s the allure too. My father says witches pull wolves in with magic, that it’s not real. But the book says the bond is separate. That it’s not magic." Alice tilted her head. "And what do you think?"

The Alpha's Redeemer

The Alpha's Redeemer

Adriana asks. “Exactly like that,” Axel’s frown deepens, and then he gives me a glum look. “What?” I ask him, my nerves now on edge as he watches me closely. “Sounds to me like magical interference.” “Magical…?” I ask, tilting my head. And then it hits me. The only person I know that has magic is… “Uma,” I whisper, along with Adriana at the same time. “I don’t think she would do that,” I admit, and Axel shrugs.

Awakening Prime

I yelled in frustration, turning on my heels sharply as I walked towards him. Professor Faren had his own lecture hall where he taught his pupils the subtle mysteries of magic or some students called it the magic theory. He taught the history of magic, simple magic all the way up to complex battle magic. From what I could tell, he was a very serious person and didn't like his students missing a word of his lectures.

Alpha Atlas

Even with the rush of fear and the prickly sensation that time was fleeting, his words stirred my thoughts and sent my brain working on overdrive. “Could that have been what made the Fae realm unbalanced in the first place?” I asked, watching as Micah’s eyes lit up like nuggets of gold pried from the earth’s clutches. “Actually, that’s part of a theory I have. I can’t detect when exactly this realm’s magic became unstable, but it makes sense to trace it back to the beginning, doesn’t it?”

I normally don't write comments but I need to tell you that I wait everyday for more chapters. your writing makes me feel like I'm the one experiencing this first hand and I'm always begging for more. so beautifully written and I love every minute of it. if I could I'd give this book a million stars

This book was slow at first and filled with a lot of pain, but I find myself being a sucker for the wounded girl who becomes a strong, badass fighter. While I'm still clamoring for more of the raw, love/hate relationship in this book, I am enjoying the determination of the strong female protagonist.
