My fingers found my mouth when they jointly began singing a horrible off-key rendition of the birthday song and before I knew it, I was laughing at the ridiculously chaotic sight they made. Benny was between Hannah and Elias, looking so out of place in a stiff posture as he sang that I couldn’t help wondering how he had been convinced to do this, while Hannah kept throwing murderous glares in Elias’s direction whenever his voice cracked on a note.
