I have no idea where Xander is taking me, but I’ll pretty much go anywhere if it means talking to Meadow. However, when we show up at his parents’ house, I nearly make a run for it. Aside from white magic, their abilities include healing, communication through touch, aura reading (similar to mind reading but unable to hear specific thoughts), control over all the elements except fire, and telekinesis. High Guard-they directly protect the Gods and Goddesses, therefore, they are highly respected. There are 5: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, and Jeremiel.

She said sweetly, leaning into him. "It's alright baby..." He turned to face Samantha and the look on her face amused him greatly. the old man replied. "Did you suffer?" Angel’s mother asked him. Angel gave her a warm smile. "None that I couldn't bare, but the goddess did answer your prayers and sent an Angel to me. Without her help, I would not have been able to contact Xavier. Without her, I would be dead," Angel said. "She is human?" His father asked. Angel nodded. "She is one of my captor's family but also one of us…" "I don't understand," his mother said with a puzzled frown.

The word tore from my throat as I slid down the counter, my legs unable to hold me. I’d butcher men without remorse and paint their blood on the walls as if it was some fucking piece of art. But this...this was different. My soul laid bare, utterly consumed by rage and anguish. My men stayed with me and watched their mafia king break apart, waiting for the explosion. The loss hit her hard and got deeply depressed, to the point that she attempted to kill herself atleast five times. Then, she met Aldrin. Al saved her and introduced her to the world of Sins and combat. It was when Angel started to live a double life to save her sanity and escape her depression. Angel moved her hands in the air, trying to find the exact words to explain how she was really feeling deep down. The feeling was unexplainable that she couldn't put it into words. She paused to catch a breath, trying to calm herself down. Xavier looked at her as though she was an alien. The mafia Don won't lie, the savage side of Angel was scary.
