Trembling, he mumbled, “T-This c-c-can only be done by a s-s-superior class master… An actual nonpareil!” He slapped himself on the cheek in fear and regret, whining, “Why the hell did I provoke him? Oh my God, I accused an actual master of plagiarizing my moves! Holy sh*t! I even tried to beat him up…” The students were just as flabbergasted. It was shocking, even world-shattering. One of them, whose eyes were blazing in fear, excitement, and adoration altogether, began to ask gingerly, “M-Master, was that guy really human, or um, an alien?”

Master was a perfectionist in everything he did even down to the mode of torture he uses when somebody annoy him too much to warrant a slow death. Every recruit of the resistance watched Master's means of torture as an indoctrination ceremony so that they will know that will happen to them if they decide to betray the resistance. The kidnapper had watched someone who displeased the Master got dragged into the compound half-dead by the guard which was always with the Master's best friend who was a female.

The White Tiger's deep voice echoed in the empty hall, carrying a barely perceptible tremor: "Master has long since... It has been so long since Master appeared. This girl is just a mortal. Although she carries Master's aura, it is too faint and complex. Perhaps she came into contact with Master's relics by chance, or has been to places where Master once stayed." It stubbornly shook its head, the 'king' mark on its forehead flushing red with agitation, and the white mane all over its body stood on end, as if resisting this conclusion it could not accept. In its heart, Master was as lofty as the sun and moon—how could Master possibly become this seemingly ordinary human woman before it?

The Master stopped talking while Elizabeth looked at him, dumbfounded, she found it hard to believe everything he'd been spewing from his mouth. Suddenly, she began to laugh. Even amidst the whole tension and strangeness of the place she was, she still couldn't help but laugh at what the Master had said. “This has to be some sort of joke. Am I supposed to be in a sci-fi movie or something? Supernatural beings? Oh, please, just cut to the chase and let me go home.” “I'm not joking, Elizabeth,” The Master deadpanned. “There's more to this world than you humans know.”

Bella furiously ended the call. Bella was a wreck, sobbing uncontrollably, and I, ironically, was the one who had to comfort her. My phone screen lit up. A message from Dante. [Aurora, what's wrong?
