Slate's POV---- I looked back down the stairs searching for the woman who smelled like cedar and honeysuckle. "We have to keep our distance for awhile until we can get them alone to explain to them what is happening," Minerva whispered beside me. I glanced at her to see a smile plastered on her face but eyes searching for her mate. I took another look across the bottom floor when I caught the eye of a beautiful human. She had blonde hair and piercing green eyes. She had a simple lavender dress that hugged all of her curves just right. "Mate," said Erebus.

Have a lovely day,” and the woman disappeared into thin air. Minerva's eyes almost popped out of its sockets with surprise. The woman popped back into view. “I apologize for not introducing myself. I'm Camilla but you can call me Mrs. Woods. You have nice hair too,” and she disappeared finally.

“Arjun beta, go inside and tell your papa to come out. This lady is waiting for a long time for him.” This sentence was enough to pull the surface away from Minerva’s feet. What she did just say. His father, who is the father of this kid. She came to meet Rana and if Rana is having a kid then what about Myra? And who is this lady too? Minerva had a lot of questions but there was nobody to answer them. “Your name?” Minerva’s chain of thoughts got broken when she heard from that lady. “I am Minerva. Minerva Moretti.” Minerva gulped down her saliva before speaking any more words. She remained silent when Rana entered the room and looked horrified seeing Minerva in front of him.

Levi smiles and waves at me while Mina glares at me as she takes a sip from her special smoothie. Mina has medium brown hair that goes slightly past her shoulders with fringe bangs, a full face of makeup, and hazel eyes. Mina has a model body and is on the taller side. I’m sure she could be a model if she wanted to. She isn’t bad looking, but nothing about her feels natural.
